Not sure what's going on with this place, but I just got a tasteless, dried out, stale bagel with a regular coffee that was very bitter... Neither product was fresh. Maybe they're following in the footsteps of others who are asking customers to pay more for less quality? I could have done better making my own coffee and going to Walmart for a bag of fresh bagels. Yuck
Charges $1.00 extra for sweet tea without ice.. the worker told me because I’m getting a cup full of sweet tea with no ice she had to charge an extra $1.00 because I’m receiving more tea in my cup… Now with ice I wouldn’t be charge the extra $1.00 because I would be getting 1/2 a cup… I’m just getting my money’s worth….biggest rip off in history
We ordered drinks; thai tea and ice coffee. Once you received your order it might look a lot to drink but once you keep drinking you’ll notice your cup is almost full of ice so basically you’re not drinking that much. Tell the server to put LESS ICE in your drinks
This place is amazing! I come to the edge water Mall mainly for this place! Great customer service! This trip was amazing thanks to Ms. Tabatha! Looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended!
the lady who helped us was so nice and friendly she made me wanna cry bc I've missed this place so much THIS PLACE IS THE LOVE OF MY LIFE. TRY THEIR TROPIC TEA 100000% RECOMMEND AND SHE IS SO LOVELY!!!!!! YALL BETTER TIP THIS BEAUITFUL WOMAN!!
Stopped in for Bubble tea ( 3 Senior ladies ) , one a bubble tea first timer, with several questions. Jared answered every question with a smile & such kindness. He made our experience very pleasant. Even Stopped & spoke to us on his way out, end of shift. We will be back & hope Jared is there. He's GREAT !!!
Was my favorite spot for years, but over time the atmosphere inside degraded, becoming more sterile, bright, and uninviting with time. The coffee aswell (though varying widely between baristas) has rapidly gone downhill (cappuccinos, you'll find become 70% foam, and Lattes have a significant absence of coffee with many baristas electing to slightly flavor straight milk). My patronage wanes every week and soon I'll find myself endeared to the local Starbucks for at least having the sense to maintain their quality; mediocre it may be.
Friendly staff but smoothies leave a lot to be desired . The taro smoothie tasted far from that … it was just blended ice and a splash of taro powder that left a slight after taste . The menu is outdated and they don’t have alot of flavors they used to have which is understandable but please update your menus . Also the ice they use In the smoothies has a off taste .

This is a fantastic place for coffee and a sandwich!! The Italian chicken panini is delicious!! Coffee choices are unending and so good!! New owners are making the place look great and adding a few new items to the menu. The cotton blues cheesecake is the best!! I recommend this place to everyone!!
