Customer service suck... my 5 year old daughter spoke to her, the lady didn't respond, then my child said Thank you still the old lady didn't respond. My child was being respectful as we have taught her and this old hag didn't say a word to acknowledge my child. Who don't speak to children... she didn't greet us. Then to top it off the snowball was little to no juice, worse I have ever had.
This is a fun, unique little place! Cheap prices and a very fun setting. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and cheerful. It was overall a very pleasant experience and a good way to cool down on a hot summer day.

I wish I could like this place but the snow cones are skimpy. Not enough juice or toppings and the ice was solid and hard. Worst snow cones I ever had.
A haven of peace and cool right in the heart of Ocean Springs. Generally not too busy either. And a small playground.
Found this little treasure yesterday! 5 of us got small snowballs..for $7 total! They were amazing! Tons of flavors to choose from, even had Sugar-free flavors! (Try the Sugar-free coconut with wipe cream or the Sugar-free wedding cake with whip cream! Sooo good!)Beautiful place with playground & benches in the shade. Friendly staff who makes sure your order is right. Will definitely be back.
