This has great portions of Mexican food. The meals are very filling and the food was cooked well and was tasty. Service was great. Parking could be a little difficult because there are many other stores and restaurants nearby.
My girlfriend and I really like the food here. Tonight we ordered to go and ordered a large cheese dip instead of the small. The small cheese dip was around 6 dollars. The large was 11.40.The dip came in a larger cup but is the same amount as the “small” cup. The food is good, this just rubbed me the wrong way. I don’t want to pay double for the same amount.
Great service and food. Even though we had a large group and there were several other groups there, the food was served quickly which was very impressive. That's service right there ??. And the food tasted great! Might be my new favorite Mexican restaurant
This Mexican restaurant is the best in Ocean Springs. It has indoor and outdoor dining, and is kept very clean. Food is very tasty and they don't mind changing some things to suit your taste. The staff are expedient and courteous. You must try it!!
We were pleased with the food. We were seated right away, but the waitress was a little slow. We got our complementary chips and salsa immediately by a server assistant. The waitress showed up about 10 minutes later and took our drink order. The room was only at about 60% capacity so not too busy. About 15 minutes after we got the waters the waitress took out food order (25:minutes total). The food arrived less than 10 minutes later, by the server assistant, not the waitress. Last week it was opposite, it took 20 minutes to be seated, but only 20 minutes to get chips, water, and food total. Last week all the tables were filled. So it was not the restaurant or the cooks. It really depends on your server. Plus last week we got water refills without asking, this week we did not get any water refills. Well the food is excellent, good luck on the service
This place is so unprofessional and staff has the worst attitude. We came in and sat down outside for 15 minutes, dirty plates and glasses were still on the table. Took staff 10 minutes to clear them but not wiping the table. Sat and waited another 10 minute, no staff came and clean the table or greet us while the other white family at next table came after us and was greeted. I guess if you are not white, be prepared to sit and wait if you really want to eat there.
Food is good. The service was beyond atrocious, and I visited during a slow time.Waitress rushed us to take order. I asked for 1 minute. About 8 minutes later she was nowhere to be found. She was nice though.The manager finally took our order when he saw me looking around.Much better restaurants with better service in the area. There was unfortunately a street festival going on in downtown Ocean Springs, when I came in from out of town.Avoid if there are other options.
Someone went wild with the hot peppers. The quacamole was so hot my mouth was on fire and I love a good guac. The enchilada supremely served on top of the refried beans so every bite of enchiladas had beans with it. The chicken enchilada was also marinated in some hot peppers and again my mouth was on fire. I love Mexican food but this was not edible in my opinion.
Food was great with large portions. Service was quick & friendly! Will go there again.
Atmosphere and service were great! Food was very bland and overpriced! Cheese wasn't even melted in Chile Relleno & my shot was served in a Brandy glass, WHAT?
