Pulled into the drive thru to order. The line was long and they asked if I could hold for a minute. I said yes and 15 minutes later they still had not taken my order. I had to call them and get them to take my order. If the drive thru time is running over not taking orders is one way to get it back down instead of speeding up to make the times. Very poor service.

We have gone to this Arby’s several times in the last few months. Every time we get the order home it is wrong. The individuals taking orders are not professional at all. The sit down inside is always closed, the place is falling into disrepair and they are always out of items. Sadly the place is apparently doomed and it is only a matter of time till they fold.

we came in with in opening hours this morning and was greeted by a very rude employee I assume to be the manager who said she couldn't take our order. no professionalism at all. she is definitely in the wrong career with that attitude.

Been here a few times. Staff have been friendly and food has been fine, not the best I've gotten from and Arby's but decent. My biggest issue with this location is the ridiculously slow drive-thru service. I've only used it in the evening(6pm-8pm) and every time I have it's been awful. The dining area is also apparently closed in the evening so the only option is the drive-thru.

I love arbys and it’s usually one of my top fast food places to eat at and never really had any issues with this location until. We had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes. And then when we finally got to the window, whichever girl was working the window on 3/31/2022 around 8:15pm was rude. Didn’t say 1 word to us. We thanked them, got nothing back. She just shut the window. I get the fast food industry may suck to work in but i just can’t comprehend how people who literally don’t even say “have a good night” to their customers. How did she get hired? What did the manager see in her? And on top of waiting so long, they forgot our straws and the food was cold. So it was just the cherry on top.

Music in the dining room was far too loud for us to tolerate. We chose take out instead of dining in the dining room. I am a little hard of hearing with background noise involved like that. Please cut off the music for people to be able to hear your staff when placing an order. The food was great. I never had a fish sandwich here. It was hot and made the way I requested.

Customer service in drive-thru was terrible: politely asked for sauces for 2 reg roast beef sandwiches. Cashier acted like they were put in the bag; but weren't. Crinkle fries were cold & unsalted. Don't frequent Arby's but considered a treat in doing so. Very disappointing!

As long as they keep the same crew there I will continue to go eat from them especially the Fish Sandwich it is absolutely amazing I love love it.

Great variety of delicious menu items affordable prices and delicious food. Take out , delivery, and dine in. Highest quality of meats . Family friendly

They were short staffed and the dining room was closed. One of the workers explained the situation and was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience.. we went through the drive thru instead and had fast friendly service..the food was hot and fresh.
