First off the waitress did a good job. The restaurant was very dirty with food and liquid spills all over the walls. The paint on the walls needs to be reapplied as in many places it was missing. It was very disgusting. The four cheese Mac and cheese tasted nothing like cheese and there was very little sauce on the noodles. The noodles were freezer burnt and over cooked. The chicken on top had a very light honey taste and nothing else. My son enjoyed his hamburger, but said it wasn't the best he has. My wife enjoyed the grilled chicken it was very flavorful and juicy. Honestly it was not how I remembered Applebee's and we have no desire to return.
Service is horrible our waitress walked passed us at least at least 5 times never speaking we had to stop her to even see who our server was. The ppl who work here need better training there is no way you should pass by a table you know is yours and never speak. Then when you do get to the table y'all are out of mild sauce, and wontons no telling what else. I've worked for Applebee's all over the united states this is by far unacceptable.. Had the new broccoli mac n cheese for lunch. Applebee's has improved some since the pandemic rules have eased up. This is the first time we've been back in a good 6 months.
Applebee's is you're place where you can eat on set budget you got in mind and not overspend. Food is just ok. Nothing to be really excited about. I think it's time for them to consider changing some menu items ? (adding some?)
We waited for 20 minutes for our server, Hailey, to come to our table. She was behind us at another table - chit chatting with a customer. Fine, no big deal. We waited patiently and another family, walked in behind her to get seated. The server finished up talking and went to the table that was seated after us. That determined we were going to leave and take our business elsewhere.
Friendly service, delicious, fresh food. Like all the coast restaurants, this location appears to have some staffing shortages. In spite of that, the bartender quickly came over to seat us when we arrived and our waitress did a great job taking care of us. I had the chicken tender salad and my husband had penne chicken pasta. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad. The prices are really reasonable and I am glad we tried this restaurant. I have been to Applebee's in years prior in other cities, so I knew what to expect. This was a little better than I remember. We will certainly be back!
I had the best bartender/waitress she was so sweet very funny great personality towards all her customers.. plus my Bourbon steak and Cajun mash taters was so good very hot and the steak was so tender and juicy covered in mushrooms and onions
Almost all of the wait staff was new, but trying really hard and very accommodating. Food was hot, fresh, and reasonably priced. An overall pleasant experience. Will visit again.
Upon arrival our group of ten were told they couldn't seat our group, they already had 1 large group. While we were discussing where else we could go, the server offered to seat us at a table and also a booth . It worked great. Our server was great! Good personality. Food served quickly, hot and delicious.
My hubby and l go on a regular!! The drinks are to dead for!! Our food is always hot and correct!!
