My coworker and I tried Zac’s for the first time and we were both very satisfied with our experience! All of the food was hot and fresh! Staff was helpful and friendly. We drive to Meridian several times a week and I will definitely be returning to try some different items on the menu! Two thumbs up!
Best seafood in town friendly staff! Fried green tomatoes were also very delicious as well.

Need to change cooking grease out, & work on the gravy for the mash potatoes. Fries was ok but everything else was trash a waste of money
Waited over 40 min and my fries were cold. I initially ordered a salad, but when they brought my food out, they told me they didn’t have any salads. The food is usually good.
I’ve eaten here a few times before I decided on a review. However, it’s been the same situation the past two times. We order a burger and the first time specifically ask for tomatoes, to get on the road and find no tomatoes. This time, we get on the road and find ONE and it was smaller than a pickle. I just don’t understand. Like I said I’ve given it several tries, and it’s a disappointment each time.
I found this place by googling and it didn’t disappoint! Oysters, popcorn shrimp, catfish, lime beans, and everything else the family has was wonderful!! This beat hands down fast food while traveling. You won’t be disappointed!
Been here 9ver a hour waited on 75$ worth of food for 6 ppl and went to ask about it my ticket was trashed no food and wanted us to wait 30 mins so unorganized its not funny
When traveling I like to try restaurants we don't have in my hometown. I tried Zac's for the fist time today and would patronize them again in the future. The staff was helpful, and the food was fresh and hot. I had the fried green tomatoes, firecracker shrimp, catfish platter with lima beans, turnip greens, and hushpuppies. Everything was delicious! It is safe to say my eyes were larger than my stomach, I ordered entirely too much food for just myself.
We got the catfish plates, and they were delicious. The coleslaw was great as well. Reminded me of the coleslaw you get at the fish camps.
