The food was great and the service was excellent.
Worst customer service ever, me and my sister got up and walked out because the waitress attitude was disgusting.
There's a great Server her name is Keyona. She does a fantastic job. She makes me feel welcome. She always smiles and makes it a joy to come to the Waffle House. You need many more like her.
Unfortunately, we had the worst experience ever. Our server seemed like he was high, he couldn't remember anything. It took him 10 minutes to get our drinks. Keep in mind, the restaurant was not busy at all and we were his only table.When our food finally started to come out, the eggs were cooked wrong, there was a hair in the food, our omelet didnt come as ordered and when we said something they simply added the missing parts of the omelet with a ton of grease. It was disgusting. Our grits then had random brown pieces in it, had no idea what it was. Our bacon never came out then after waiting another 10 minutes our waffles finally came out. At this point, our appetite was ruined and we asked to speak to a manager.When the manager came out, we explained to him our awful service and how all of the food came out in correct. I told him I'd pay for the drinks we had but our appetite is ruined and we didnt want to eat here anymore. The manager pointed out that one of us ate our hashbrowns, cause half of them were gone. That's when we shared with him that her whole order didn't even come out, the eggs were overcooked, there was a hair on the toast and while she waited for the rest of the meals to come she picked at the hashbrowns. So instead of being sympathetic and apologizing for everything that happened, he got defensive.It was by far the worst experience I've ever encountered. I don't expect much out of wafflehouse but this was just unacceptable. We paid $12 for 2 coffees 2 sodas and half eaten hashbrowns.Poor customer service.

Me and my wife went inside to eat. When we got inside they had the high top bar closed off stating "No Sitting" several people were waiting. We were not greeted by any employee. After we waited for several minutes someone came in from outside, walked past everyone waiting and sat down at a booth that just emptied. No attempt was made to set anyone that had been waiting. None of the employees said anything to her. We left and went to another restaurant. This use to be a great place to eat but our last few times have not been good.

Food is always hot and tasty. Very clean resturant, staff always friendly and helpful. Stop here for a tasty meal. Try the hashbrowns with gravy.
Normally me and the wife come here on Sundays, we always have the same server and she is great (her name is tay) TODAY was not the same, we had a girl we have seen before so she isn’t new . We gave our drink and food order at the same time . Waited 10 minutes for a root beer and a coffee. Then 38 minutes after that for our food. She had forgot to call it out . Then after receiving our hash browns , that we ordered don’t receive our waffles until we were already done with our food. And the waffles were burnt. We always come to this Waffle House , but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant period. If you come to this Waffle House, and a young white female server calls you to her table. Ask for another server.
