Good food, and they got our order slightly wrong. It took a bit of time to get the food they could use some more help in the kitchen. All the staff was friendly and polite and apologized for the long wait

NAILED IT!!!Before Ordering the VEGGIE PowerBowl, I requested to taste test the rice quality they currently had. Most times different locations have rice that is dry and hard enough to break your teeth!!!? Today the rice was Absolutely FABULOUS!!!? Light, Fluffy & Flavorful!!!?
Don’t come to this Taco Bell. This Taco Bell would probably describe me as bitter. They’re right, they gave me a reason. They will give you the incorrect order, you take it back and they’ll give you the wrong order again. Then if you want to correct the 2nd incorrect order, they’ll lock you out and claim that a rude, sassy woman is taking the drive thru orders. Don’t go there unless you want your food order wrong, waste gas, and told (disrespectfully) that you the customer with the wrong order is in the wrong. Just cook tacos at home and save yourselves the stress of a sassy manager.
Please stop putting Black Beans in my food when I specifically ask for REFRIED BEANS. It's genuinely making my blood boil. This has been happening over and over again. At least 20 times over the last 2 years. Like I don't want something other than what I ask for.
Staff is poorly trained ,service takes forever, food is cold, they lock the lobby hours before closing time,

Pulled up outside the girl outside with her company smoking are you serious right now then get to the drive through looking at me and didn’t say anything what’s going on with these restaurants if you don’t wanna work find somebody who will !!!!
