Went to this Taco Bell @ 4:30pm. My order came out quick but the quality of the food sucked. I got the Cantina crispy taco deluxe box an 2 crunchy tacos. Both tacos had almost no meat and a barely few slivers of lettuce and cheese. Only like 1/4th of the bottom of the shells had ingredients. Completely unsat! Next I opened the Chalupa Supreme that comes with the box. The shell was never fried. Tasted sort of like a gordita but way denser like raw dough. Totally nasty. Upon further inspection of my bag of food, I got cheese sauce for my chips that weren't there. Lastly, the Cantina crispy taco was definitely not crispy and resembled a large chicken nugget ball in the middle of a tortilla but much smaller than a tender. Fed up, I asked the cashier if this is their idea of quality and she just rolled her eyes. That's when I asked for my money back.I won't be back to this place.
The employees are horrible.. been waiting more than an 1 hour for a taco
Beans fresh. We had an added secret ingredient. Our daughter's wonderful salsa , so made the meal really good.
Stopped specially for Mexican pizza since just returned back to menu. Even though it's on menu they had discontinued selling them. According to the cashier, all Taco Bell will have it until they run out of stock as it's limited time return. As store being on interstate, I would expect them to run out last, But other stores in town still had it except this one. I hope corporate rethinks on where and how to resupply inventory. Out of 4 combos, only 1 was no meat, rest were regular, even it was confirmed by cashier, we still got all food without meat. The food quality was good. Service was fast and employees were friendly.
It’s midnight Thursday night/Friday morning and this restaurant closes at 2am they was able to take my order from the app and my money but will not respond at the drivethru. Menu is lit up sign is on. No response… laziness, no leadership, complete lack of work ethic. It’s like this with every restaurant in all of Mississippi because the culture here is worthless.
It doesn't matter what time of day you go. it doesn't matter if it's busy or slow. This taco bell always has an issue. The employees are all rude, mean, hateful and LAZY. Good luck getting anything out of here in less than half an hour even 1 drink.
The food and service was absolutely terrible. Frankly, the food was awful and beyond belief. I love Taco Bell and have eaten there for 40 years but this Taco Bell was disgusting and will never get another dime from me!
Quick service good customer service great food they make it as quick as they can if they are busy it will take a few minutes for it to get out to you and if they're not busy they'll get it out too quickly everything is 100% fresh from their table wrapped up and given to you
Every time I come here the food is hot fresh and goodttt.I live about 45mins away and Ill take that drive faithfully.
This place has the worst service I've ever received, they make you pull back if there is no one behind you that way they don't run the timer down that way they don't have to give you your food in a timely manner. I have been inside and the manager lock the doors so no one else would come in, then you have to wait a while for her to let you out , this is a fire hazard and should be addressed. You can not lock the doors with customers inside. My order is always wrong and food is not put together well at all. It's worth driving across town to the 8th Street location. I would love to leave zero stars but I have to leave one to give my review
