This is the third time that I have placed an order at the drive-thru and the sandwich i received was not what I ordered. They need to start paying attention to what they are doing. Keep the order form near the sandwich while it is being made or have a person double check the order.Of course, noone is answering the phone.Poor service!

The girl taking my order was very scattered, I had to repeat my order several times, when I got to the window it took forever because the three employees that were working were to busy laughing and hanging out to get much work done , when the girl handed me my order I said thank you she never made eye contact she never said your welcome she never acknowledged the fact I was even there other than handing me my food. I truly think that these employees need to be retrained and taught good customer service skills. Also maybe somebody with some maturity should be on every shift
I got 2 footlong and the bread is crunchier than my potato chips. I tried to call them about it and no one answered the phone. This is not the first time. This subway is always unfresh!

Husband went in to get dinner for boys..was told they had no meatballs so hubby said ok give me Turkey subs they the preceeded to tell him oh we only have enough bread for 5 sandwiches..they just lost out on 80$ order..BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The ladies we very pleasant to work with and they made all three of my sandwiches correctly. That does not always happen at my previous subway in Michigan.
