It was ok. Our service was slow and our food wasn’t hot. I think they may have forgotten about us. My strawberry lemonade was delicious so that’s something anyway. Sonic was so much better years ago maybe I’m just biased and nostalgic.
Service and order accuracy at this location is way better than the Sonic on Hwy 19 North!!!!! I will drive the extra miles to dine at this location even though the Hwy 19 location is a good bit closer.
Sonic is not the same as it was back in the day. Chili cheese coney use to be the bomb.. the sweet tea at one point was very good with the crush ice..
Customer service is really lacking here. Drinks come with lids barely on and covered in syrup. No "Thank you's", "You're welcome". Laziness! Change your fryer greese!
Terrible service. Food is NEVER correct! Also takes more than 45 mins to finally get my food.
It was a long line in the drive thru. They could not get my order correct after three attempts. Listening skills are extremely important and would be beneficial. It was the cooks who couldn't get the order correct. I haven't come to this location in months but clearly something is lacking because I've always enjoyed going to this location.

Unless you absolutely have to have a sonic iteam go elsewhere. Waited 25 minutes in drive thru(2 cars ahead of me) frozen drink was half melted .
I arrived at 4:11 pm and it 4:43pm. I still waiting for my order. According to my order it is in kitchen still not available
All I ordered was a CHEESEburger. That means WITH CHEESE! You literally have ONE job - customer service…. And I understand people make unreasonable requests sometimes but a CHEESEburger from a burger joint should not be considered illogical or unreasonable. If you cannot handle the task then say “ma’am, I cannot put CHEESE on your CHEESEburger” and I’ll reply with “i am not surprised but thank you for letting me know.” It’s like turning the ice cream machine off way before closing time. Same thing. I understand Covid messed a lot of things up for people but a CHEESEburger is a very simple request. Take the patty and the bread out of the package and put CHEESE on it before handing it out the window. Why is this difficult? I just need to understand. (And no, this isn’t the first time nor is it the second time…) ?♀️
