Unprofessional work environment, they answered and was just laughing their butts off, clowning and barely paying attention to my order, all I asked for was 4 of the chilli cheese dogs for $1, that was an awesome deal so we stopped in, but I didn't care for their service, and the food was of course sitting under the heater for awhile, and it took us 10 minutes to get our 4 Chilli dogs. Next time I'll just get a drink, those are always wonderful.
Visit here with my dad after a doctor's appointment. He loves it and so do I! Look forward to our #2, large, with fries, and sweet tea, monthly!!
Packed as always so a little wait on food, but always got good amazing different drinks, slushies(which need in the heat, can cool you down) ice cream ext.
The price we paid for is not what we received and when we complained they said they were to busy
So, late night trip and we stopped here in a truck full of hangry people. They were patient, courteous and our food was fresh and hot. Oh, and I don't know who made my strawberry limeade, but it was the best I've had in my past few Sonic visits. #bigyum
Would not recommend this location. Went there a few weeks ago the website says open until 10 it was 920. We pulled into the stall to look at the menu and an employee told us they were drive thru only which is fine with employee shortage. Get to the drive thru to order and we're talking about what we were getting and a few moments later a women yelled at us and told us they were closed. There where 5 cars infront of us and if they were closed why didn't the other employee let us know that. It is not the first rude experience here. Unfortunately not going back.
Typical sonic. The employees do their best with what they have to work with. Sonic isn't the best fast food these days in general.
I ordered 2 slushes. 20 minutes later. Now I notice customers who ordered after me were leaving. I stopped the waitress and asked about my order. She said, "I'll take care of your order" and she returned in 2 minutes. I recommend waitress to work on the intercom instead of the person who forgot my order.....
Literally the worst fast food place location in the state. You absolutely CANNOT get any worse than Sonic on Hwy 19!!! I don’t know why I go back every couple of months and hope that things have changed. The wait time is INSANE!!! 30-45 minutes is my average at lunch. I’ve had to call the corporate office multiple times to get a refund for UNDELIVERED ORDERS even after I’ve pressed the red button a few times to ask for my order. And even when I go through the drive thru, the workers act like it’s their duty to get the order WRONG every single time. Who is in charge at this place??? Please, someone get control over this circus!
I asked for a CHEESEburger with mustard and mayo, they gave me a hamburger. Asked for q blast with whipped cream, no spoon or whipped cream. The girl that came out had dirty nails and the ketchup packets that she gave me were sticky
