Asked for a iced caramel macchiato. They then proceeded to make me a hot coffee, dumped some ice in it, and then handed it straight to me. So I paid $5 for a room temp/luke warm cup of watered down coffee. If they don’t know how to properly make a drink they shouldn’t be offering it. Absolute trash. And it took way too long as well. Will never go here again.

the blonde girl that takes the money at the window specifically with the mississippi state hoodie is rude as hell. me and one of my friends went to sno bizz yesterday for the first time and we got two large cups, my friend asked for extra syrup after our snow cups were made and the “employee” gave us an unpleasant look, and drenched my friends snow cone in syrup, then asked if we needed a straw with a smirk on her face. someone that evil shouldn’t be working there, that was weird and unnecessary of her.
