I called to order take out and the phone rang over 30 times then someone picks it up and lays the phone on the counter. I knew if I hung up that I couldn’t call back because it would give a busy signal so I held patiently while saying hellllooooo into the phone hoping they would hear me and pick up after 15 min of waiting someone answered and took my order. The employees were nice but the food wasn’t impressive. I think Mexican food probably should be eaten as soon as it’s served and not picked up and took home. This made things soggy and you can’t pick up a soggy taco! It was 2 for 1 night also so please look at your tickets when dining on 2 for 1 at San Marcos. I know that I was overcharged but no way to prove without an itemized receipt.
So glad that my husband and I stopped at San Marcos. The smell was so inviting and once we sat down we had fantastic service. The sweet tea was darn good! The food came fast and everything was so tasty. I couldn’t stop eating!
A must visit! I've been coming to San Marco's since Jr High or High school, so it's super nostalgic to visit when I come home. It's still so good, but not I can drink lol and the drinks are soooo good haha

A little off the beaten path. Went because had good reviews on trip advisor. Food was delicious. Chicken tacos had great flavor. Salsa was delicious the queso was a little watery but had great flavor. Service was a little slow but they were busy on a Friday afternoon! Overall great experience.
We came in while traveling upon receiving the menu I pointed to a picture showed waitress asked her what is this she said it's Item C. I said that's what I'll have it looks good. Upon receiving it. It looked like something my 7 year old made not even authentic Mexican cuisine. I live in Nashville there are several authentic Mexican restaurants there and this was by far no where near what I expected to see. Asked for manager her was very rude saying that I need to know what I ordered and that the item I pointed to is not even on the menu so why did your waitress say it was item C. Worst experience ever.
Draft beer was good and cold, chips and salsa was good, fajitas were good but could have used more seasoning in my opinion. Overall good food.
