Chicken was moist and had nice flavor! Only thing I would change is having more dipping sauces, one sauce ain't cutting it!
Was sold a non sellable chicken finger (too small) and fries were cold. Especially dissatisfied with the fries because I ordered them extra crispy.
Service and food has always been good but today did it for me. My 4 yr old took the lid off of his cup to finish his juice and there was a medium sized weird looking bug in it.. Expressed my concerns with management and was basically brushed off with "I'm not sure how that could've happened with the way that we store our cups" ?
Every restaurant that we have been to over the past year has been either extremely rude, short staffed , ignore you and many other things but we went to Canes recently at 15 min til closing and they were nice, took our order and got it to us hot and quick. Great job Canes!
The Chickens alwaaaaays good but occasionally I'll receive the wrong order, but they've always fixed it and have been nice??

I have always ordered from canes pretty much twice a week my whole pregnancy but here lately I don’t know if they’ve changed the staff or the cooks but the chicken is always burnt the fries is always overcooked and they don’t understand you when you order your food even when you ask them to repeat it they still don’t get it right And now they don’t even want to answer the phone to let them know that they had messed up The order hopefully someone will answer in the morning so I could talk to a manager and hopefully they will Re-train their staff again I really miss what canes used to stand for. Always top notch back in the day
Food was ok but we didn't want drinks and toast so combos were not interesting. Buying things individually was more expensive.
Fast and friendly drive thru service. Food was fresh, hot and delicious.
