Poor customer service. When I received my food in the drive through I didn't see 2 sides I orders. The lady opened the window and said 'what do you need' I responded I don't see my mashed potatoes. Her response 'it's in there'. So I drive around and park, my wife goes inside as we didn't get all of our food and the same lady still had an attitude. How rude, 4 people then fingered their way through our food as if not to believe us that our extra sides of mashed potatoes were hiding. Good thing inwas just passing through, but they probably ruined it for every Popeyes location for me. I will NEVER eat at their restaurants again.
I ordered in the lobby, with two people ahead of me, and received fresh chicken and fast service ( only a 4 min wait)! Great hustle today!

Worst fast food experience ever. Every time i go. waited in line 30 min. To get food that was cold as ice and a flat drink. I never eat here personally however I was in the dog house with bae and he wanted Popeyes .. its safe to say I'm still 8n the dog house lmfao
