Quality was excellent. Delivery was fast. Extremely satisfied. All of the extras were delivered the first time.
I made an order online without contactless delivery but instead of bringing the pizza to my door the driver just called my number and canceled my order when I missed the call. I work front desk at a hotel and was working, waiting on my delivery..which never happened.. Totally disappointed seeing that I order from the same place regularly.
Better customer service and they need to check their orders more thoroughly
I ordered online two large tastwmakers got my screenshot of order got there was amedium and a large i told the ladyshe said i have your order. Right here a med and a large tried to show her she scream at me said i am not changing it and slammed the window
1st time ordering the Detroit style. Ordered 1) meat lovers style & 1) supreme style...neither had cheese all the way to the crust like the commercial said...Heck there was barley cheese on them. VERY GREASY and under cooked. Figured out why we stopped eating at pizza hut

Ordered my personal pan pizza carry out contactless pickup through the app and in less that 15 minutes I was greeted at the drive through by a very, very nice lady who promptly handed me my pizza. It was hot, fresh, fullly cooked, and very delicious. I highly recommend this pizzaria as it has always been consistently great!
I placed my order around 5:45pm, I get a text from Pizza saying your order will be delivered around 6:30pm. I didn’t have a problem with that .I get a phone five minutes later saying that my order will be delayed due to car trouble with delivery driver. They gave me the option to come pick it up or wait . So I waited. My order didn’t arrive to me house until 9:15. Also, the delivery guy didn’t come to my door, he called and said “ I don’t see apartment 4a”. So i went out because I was already fed up with the whole situation. I went out and got it . They did not have all the things that i ordered so he had to make to trips. Also my pizza was burnt.
I called for a take out order and the lady on the phone was so sweet. I thought I was on the phone at Chic-Fil-A. She was so friendly, patient, and professional. My food was ready when I got there 10 minutes early. When I asked for extra sauce, the lady friendly and apologetically told me it would cost more. I understood and was more than willing to pay. I was very shocked and happy to receive such great customer service. Thank you!
Traveled all day long and when I got to the hotel I decided to order a pizza and wings. I placed my order, the email confirmation said 25-35 minutes. After an hour I decided to call. They had then informed me that they refunded me because they didn’t have a delivery driver…. Are you serious! You could call your customer to let them know to order else where…. So my dinner tonight was a apple and a bottle of water. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut.
