Just downloaded the app ordered my pizza and it keeps you updated on how order is processing and delivery time was spot on took about 30 minutes from download to hot fresh pizza
It was a dirty mess inside. I was floored at how dirty the place was. A big disappointment, we’ve always liked Pizza Hut and it had been a while since we had it. We were visiting from out of town and decided to order carry out and take it back to our hotel room. I will never go to another Pizza Hut after seeing the conditions of this establishment. The pizza wasn’t what I remember. Do not recommend, I’m surprised the health department doesn’t shut them down. The pictures I took would do it..
No order inside so you had to order in drive thru then wait for it to be made if u order online or on phone still had to wait for people in front of u I waited 45 min and then left I was still 5th in drive thru line
Pizza Hut pan pizza. Nothing else like it. Always hot and fresh. Crew does a wonderful job. Excellent food!!
My pizza took two hours to come and when I got my pizza my cheese wasn’t cook all the way. I had two types of pizza and one side was cook right and the other one wasn’t .
delivery driver refused to knock, placed the pizzas directly in front of the door causing them to get stepped on, and claimed they woudl have the pizzas remade, which as of 8pm the next day has yet to happen. when i tried to contact the store immedately after the incident, the store refused to answer the phone for both myself AND the call center.
6:00pm doors locked, yelled at that I must use drive through. I use drive through and I’m told I can’t order in the drive through I must call or order online. When I explained I had been on hold for twenty minutes and was still on hold I was told she was only one person and she closed the window. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something.
This Pizza Hut ALWAYS GETS IT RIGHT!! I drive 30 minutes once a week just to get my PAN meatlovers!! Give them all a raise !!
This place is ridiculous. Several occasions when I ordered food from this area. This is the 3rd time I ordered and the order never showed up or it was late. Last night I ordered at 7 pm and at 11 pm it never showed up. The manager was very nonchalant about our prdrr never arriving. Now I'm on The phone with pizza hut and 10 min later no answer. I have listened to the ad 3 times. I hate to burst bubbles but North hills was so much better service
Terrible service on the phone, got put on hold twice in a rude manner, took almost and hour and a half to get our pizza delivered, box was smashed up, and the delivery guy “didn’t have change” for $40 I handed him, so he was getting a $14 tip! I don’t think so!!! We dug around and gave him the exact change with no tip! Also we got no red pepper or napkins with our delivery. The entire experience sucked.
