Love everything about Mugshots… the food, atmosphere, great service & good prices ?
It was delicious, good atmosphere, great service.
It seems since the remodel the service is downhill, we went on Thursday it was too busy. My food was cold and I could never get the waiter Bree attention she was talking with someone and never came to check. Someone else came to the table, however the sandwich they were gonna remake never came back to the table. The manager was so rushed and he said they keep pulling him around and he only had 2 cook. Mugshots need to improve
Delicious turkey burger didn't even have time to post a picture...sorry but u won't regret getting one i don't eat beef so this is a great alternate
I have loved Mugshots Grill & Bar for years and the food is great. The reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because it was a take-out order and they asked for my number to call me when it was ready for pick-up. I'm just waiting in my car and I say to myself, I know it has to be ready by now. So I go inside, tell them my name and what I ordered and a waiter hands me a bag that was just sitting on the bar. They never called ?
Service was good. Food was delicious. I had the inferno wrap and fries. Highly recommend it.
Normally would give the place 5 stars. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came with 3 of the tiniest chicken tenders I have ever seen. I literally had to take the sandwich apart to find the meat. When I asked about it the server (perfectly kind) asked her manager who responded by telling me I had to buy more chicken. No follow up, no offer to help resolve anything, just more money to fix this pathetic sandwich. I plan to return but this seemed inconsistent with the level of customer service and quality of food I have experienced in the past. Just stick to the burger section of the menu I guess.

When lack of management exists poor customer service follows. I feel bad for the waiters and waitresses because it's evident they have not been trained properly on how to serve and communicate with the guests. As far as the food goes, not bad when it's not served cold or incorrect.
I was supposed to get the mash potatoes an gravy they gave me the loaded mash potatoes but that’s not the bad part the bad part was it looked like something that came from someone else plate very unhappy
