Horrible customer service when I asked the lady what was taking so long for my order she told me a f you and called me racist I will never go back to North Hills McDonald’s Again
My order is never I mean like everytime I go in there it's a issue I am completely done with this one in North Hills
As usual they were super busy and backed and slow. And as usual they got our order wrong. Been here over a year and have been to this McDonald's several times, they've never been quick or accurate. I could take the slowness if it meant getting what I ordered.
Absolutely sucks ever since Stan died. Have fun waiting 20 minutes only to get skipped in line. And they want $15/hr. I refuse to go back. Absolutely terrible.
The food is usually pretty good at this location. When they occasionally mess up your order, they're quick to correct it and get it back out to you fast!I've been coming to this location since I was a teen after class to do homework with friends and they've always had great management and great workers. The remodel made it look so fancy and mature and grownup, so I bet it's a cool place for kids to go after school in the 2020s. Love it!
It's McDonald's. There's nothing more that can be said. The service at the North Hills location is satisfactory. I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's; but the phone app's BOGO deals make it worth the visit.
Food isn't good at all. Had.a.green moldy half of bun and other half hard as a rock. Fries weren't good either and this is McDonald's fries we are talking about. How can they not be.good?
I ordered my meal through the app put my parking space number.i waited over a half an hour to bring me my food. I even went up to the drive-thru window and they said they were sorry and they said they were short staffed. I understood they were polite however they served eight drive-through cars before I even got my food and I know my order was well before those drive-through cars. I find that unacceptable no matter how much a staff shortage there was.
Curbside takes way longer than waiting in the 15 car deep drive through. Seriously ridiculous. And even if you call they still just say someone is coming and no one does. Ordered two frappes and it took 25 minutes.
