They really don't deserve a star at all my husband's food was cold the employees in the back preparing our food did not have gloves on .the employees were rude to us and two other employees that worked with them the employees were playing around and dancing where the food was being prepared. They did not have our whole order .I had to go ask for the three orders of fries that was with the meals we ordered .and my big Mac was not hot either.my family will never eat there again even if they are the only place to eat we will starve first.
Rarely get the order right, if you want soggy fries and a dry gray hamburger cooked 3 hours ago this is your place.
Ordered a pick up on the app. Very fast service. Wait time was only around 5 minutes once I arrived to get my order.ha
Went through the drive through, ordered a sausage mcgriddle. Got down the road and opened some kind of nasty cheese mcmuffin type thing. Returned to get the order corrected and the lobby is closed at 7:20am!!, so walked up to the window to request a correction. They asked me to wait out front, however had to get to work. After waiting 10min, gave up & left. Beware of this place.
These people are flat out rude. I arrived here at 9:37 pm to get food when they don’t close til midnight. They had 6 cars waiting. Couldn’t get anybody through the drive thru plus my order was mobile. They took until 10 pm to bring out EVERYONE’s food at once. Of course I only got one of my meals and got all the way home and had to drive back up here. I called 8 times to let them know and they didn’t answer until the last time and told me to call back later because the phone was dead. I said I just wanted my food and they said ok. Literally that’s it. So I pulled to the window when I came back and said I’m here to get my food that you didn’t give me and they said ok and I asked to pull around or wait in line and they ignored me and now I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes. This is pathetic and will be taken to corporate. You cannot work customer service with such horrible and lazy attitudes.
We have been waiting in reserve spot #3 for 30 minutes on 2 cheeseburgers and double cheeseburgers. Customer after us got there orders and we asked about our order and called into the restaurant. Finally got fed up and asked for a refund and had to wait 10 hminutes for that. I've seen teenagers run McDonald's better than this
Locked my keys in my moving truck. The owners were have a meeting I believe and they jumped up and figured out how to help any way they could. They found a tool to help get my van unlocked and I could not be more thankful. The foods pretty good too!
The burger was HORRIBLE!!! Surprisingly the fries were hot, fresh but could've actually used a bit more salt. Even the coke was good! But that quarter pounder tasted like something I'd never had....just plain HORRIBLE!!!!
I customized my filet o fish to add pickles and tomato... See attachedNOT EVEN CLOSE! If I didn't have another 400+ miles to drive to get home, I would have taken the time to send it back.(Also, this yet ANOTHER location that the kiosk does not allow you to add an extra patty to the sandwich)Let's just say... I'm NOT lovin'it.
They are extremely rude food is normally halfway cold it takes forever to get somebody's attention we'll take your order or to pick up delivery or anything like that they don't ever stay out to where you can actually get the attention there always normally hidden behind walls find walls pretty much a completely bad situation a matter what you're doing there
