I usually don’t have problems with this location, but I specifically asked the waiter to make sure my order had a spear accompanied with it. Of course, there was no spear to be found when I arrived home! I really wish people would follow basic instructions. Cheers!
I'VE NEVER SEEN SO MANY SLOW FOLKS WORKING AND TAKING THEIR PRECIOUS TIME AS THO YOUR TIME DOESN'T MATTER!!! I CALLED IN A SANDWICH AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 20 MINUTES. I PRECEDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO WAIT THAT LONG; THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDER CHANGED IT AND SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 10 MINUTES BUT I STRESSED THAT I DIDN'T HAVE LONG TO WAIT CONSIDERING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BE BACK TO WORK SOON. I WENT RIGHT IN AND THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING, PAID FOR MY ORDER ONLY TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 25 MINUTES SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND. THE CASHIER ACTED AS THO SHE COULDN'T FIND MY ORDER ALTHOUGH SHE HAD MY RECEIPT IN HER HAND. I VISIT THIS MCALISTERS QUITE A BIT BUT TAKE MY ADVICE DON'T GO ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK BECAUSE THEY MOVE LIKE TURTLES. THE FOOD DOESN'T TASTE THAT GOOD FOR ME TO SPEND MY ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK WAITING FOR IT...

I’m a huge fan of McAlister’s, but what we were served tonight wasn’t even edible. It’s sad to see this business take such a turn in quality of food and service, as we used to come to this establishment often. Tonight, we ordered our meal curbside. We waited about 10 minutes in the car until we finally went in to get our food to find the staff all standing around with three curbside orders sitting ready to go. This isn’t a big deal, what I have a bigger problem with is the food. My daughters food wasn’t edible. I ordered her a turkey grilled cheese, hers didn’t have turkey on it and the sandwich was literally hard. My meal was disgusting. I don’t know what they put on it, but it had a TERRIBLE taste to it. We ended up eat pb&j’s for dinner.
Food was awesome and restaurant was clean. Came through with a group of 20 traveling and this restaurant got us in and out under an hour while being friendly.
Girl taking my order was pulling her mask down to put her fingers in her mouth. Then touch my food.My French dip meat was dried our and hard. My gravy was all over my plate instead of bowl. None of the ladies working had no regards to service for customers
I like the variety on the menu...even if I always order the same thing! Surprised it was not busier.
The Food was Fresh and Tasty.The Floor was extremely sticky.They were under staffed ..The orders took forever
