Ordered through waiter for 2 yrs no issues today an issue. Found out they advertise waiter but don't have laptops to get the orders waiter called n said no one is answering can't accept order so in 10 mins have to cancel I said ok I'll call them. Called talked to asst Mgr n she wanted to hopefully fix problem called waiter back they said if resteraunt calls n gives name they will accept. Called resteraunt asked for assistant manager got hung up on. Called back n next person that answered phone said she wasn't there....I know that was lie because I just talked to her less than 2 minutes ago. Needless to say waiter canceled my order n I'll deal with them too but customer service apparently at this mccallisters is not good n I will not deal with them again n I hate that but I will also tell my experience to everyone I know in meridian that yep good food but when I tried to fix an issue calmly n give them buisness they weren't interested
Food was ok, however hearing the guy clearing tables complain LOUDLY " they left this trash and no tip for me?!" That was said at EVERY table he cleared. Other than clearing tables we watched him try and flirt with a girl behind the counter. That put a bad taste in my mouth, and normal I do leave a tip when I leave, not this time. If this location doesn't pay the table cleaners, then let people know to tip, or have an option to clear their own table. But employees should by their employer. I was in there today at about 4:30 today.
This was my first time here. So I ordered the orange cranberry melt. Very tasty. It was so good I forgot to take a picture before I ate it. Restrooms were very clean
New to town, first experience was terrible. - The kids wanted pizza but the adults wanted real food. Found what i though would be our go to restaurant because it is near our house. - Ordered 5 kids pizza and two adult meals. Paid, picked up and was leaving. Bag felt light. When I checked the bags NO PIZZA. - she said yeah we've been out of them for months. (a call would have been nice since that was the bulk of our order) - However, a refund would have been even better. Left without a refund and No pizza. - The person at the register didn't know how to do a refund she said I'd get a refund in "4 to 5 days".
The Club is my favorite. Just add potato salad and sweet tea and you have a 5 star meal.
I always order the nochos and love them but the past few times the cheese hasn’t been great. It’s been overdone and there have been pieces of burnt cheese from where they scrape the sides. Very disappointing to have to pay $8 for gross cheese.
Not bad...never ate at a McAllisters before and there is one opening in our town. I wanted to try the food without all the new place hassle. Affordable...and great mac n cheese and the staff was friendly and done a great job.
The manager was very nice and the service was fast.

They got my order wrong...after waiting 45 minutes on sandwiches we assumed it to be correct. It wasn't. We were just passing thru on a road trip so no turning around to get it corrected.
