First time back since Covid pandemic. The restaurant has gone ’downhill’ badly since then. Food and service sub par. Some menu items unavailable. Hostess got visibly upset with me asking not to be seated next to restrooms! Staff totally not concerned with customer’s dining pleasure. Definitely would like to have my $42 back. Will NOT return. Typical franchise.
This place is interesting. One time I may go and have excellent service, food, and a short wait on food. The next time I go, I could wait an hour and forty-five minutes for food, have an absentminded waiter, and cold food once it actually arrives. Once this place gets more consistency, I'd be more than happy to eat there again.
This was by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. One of the waitresses took our orders was very unprofessional in speaking to us it was as if she didn't want to work with our group that was there. The another waitress spilled drinks on some of the customers. It took them 3 hours to bring us our meals, our group wasn't able to sit down an enjoy our meals because of the 3 hours we had to wait, we ended up having to get to go bags to take to out Hotel room to eat with no eating utensils, my meal of chicken tenders was not good the chicken was fried too long was very heard, I wasn't able to eat them.We were there July 15, 2022
We knew it would be chaotic on Father’s Day so we decided to order to-go.. Ryanne took my large order over the phone and was so sweet and thorough. I had a grumpy and frustrated woman who went to get my order but the manager Shirley intervened and made me feel appreciated and comfortable. Brittany Z prepared my food on a huge order and everything was perfect! The kitchen was slammed with hardworking staff and we really appreciate all that you all do! Great Job ?
Good eating but service very slow
Delicious food, good service and a great value. My husband had a grilled chicken salad and I had the cheeseburger. The food was quite tasty and filling. The service was good, but the restaurant appears to be under-staffed (which seems to be common in Mississippi). In spite of a little longer wait than anticipated, the food came out hot, fresh and delicious. We never ran out of drinks and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. I recommend this restaurant.
Service was horrible ☹️☹️☹️, waited 20 minutes for 4 drink orders another 10 minutes for the 4 drink order,,10 additional minutes for 2 salads had to ask for appetizer .table server stated they weren't ready 3 minutes later asked another server to please check ,and bam she came back with our order of cold fried mushrooms,runny devil eggs and over powered salty fried pickles.,parents asked for coffee,manager stated it would have to be made coffee came it was warm not hot. Then waited about 25 more minutes for entree Ribs were mildly heated,steak was not as asked for.this was a disaster, visiting from out of town. site wasn't extremely crowded,we did see what appear to be a number of staff, (unorganized maybe).our server also was the Bar server,so that took away from our table service .plus her attitude was as if she was not really interested in our table Can't say I would ever ever,never visit the meridian Logan's again☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️?.we tipped ever person we got to do something for us except out server.,Good attitude will take you a long way even financially.
Food and service was great. There were 8 of us and our waitress did a great job keeping our drinks filled. Our food got to us in a timely manner and at the right temperature. We had a great experience.
I recommend any steak on the menu, especially the filet mingon!!
Food was terrible.. wasn't hot or fresh and I paid $60 for it. McDonald's is better than this place. They brought us plastic silverware because they're out of regular silverware. I ordered water and it tasted like soap. Waitress was very nice. I won't be eating here again.
