Undereducated staff, unprofessional and some are rude but some are friendly. Usually have hot fresh pizzas though.
Always busy but keeps the pizza's coming out
My wife called in at 820 for a thin crust pepperoni and and an extra best pepperoni. I went in at 845 and was told waiting on the extra best. Numerous customers walked out as no hot and ready made. Three people that took order after me got their pizza. I ask for a refund and no apologies as they were too busy counting registers and people walking around. I called back and ask for manager. He said I am the one that gave you the refund. I ask for someone over him and he said I'll take a name and number. No apologies not one time. Me and my family will NEVER be back. I have never been treated like this in my life. His name was EQ.
This place never has hot n ready pizzas when you arrive there is always a 10-15 minute wait! Ordered the other day from app to pick up at portal and my order was still 6 minutes over latest time for pick up! Honestly better management or change the slogan hot n ready! Because 10-15 min waits every time is ridiculous already! This place is honestly as bad as ordering from Pizza Hut not to mention long lines and only one front desk worker. I have walked in and seen employees not working or every supposed to be there just hanging out around kitchen, witnessed this in North Hills Location very unprofessional.
Turned phones off because they said they were busy. Had to drive up to store and order, then wait for it to cook. Would not break a hundred dollar bill for a 32.00 order!
Called in order for batman pizza..was told it would be 15 minutes..walked out almost 45 minutes later. No one knew what anyone was doing and it was obvious they do not care. Several orders were "messed up". When pizza was ready it looked unappealling and box was not even closed completely.. Will not be going back
There are two little Caesar’s that are in meridian there is one on north hills and there is one here. The service you will receive at both locations is very different. This little Caesar’s is terrible. It’s literally terrible. The one on north hills is always dependable and easy. Don’t go to the 19n location if you want a pizza. It’s not clean none of the employees really care if you buy anything. Most of them are more concerned with laughing and talking with each other than actually helping you like you know their job? I’ve been to this one several times now and it’s always a problem literally every time. I used to work in a little Caesar’s in college it’s not a hard job. Make pizza sell pizza to customer make more pizza to fill up rack clean and wait for next customer. I feel like this locations motto is we are too cool to sell you pizza. We are here because they give us money and we like money but they pay us to stand here and be really super chill and cool don’t bother us with your pizza request we are talking about our new shoes and hair that we got. I know you paid for your pizza and i know we told you twenty mins and yes it will be another 30 mins because nobody is actually working back there and we don’t want to now please just go away so we can go back to running game on the two female employees here.
This is the worst pizza place in Meridian, waited in the lobby for 45 minutes for 2 pizzas only to be told it would be about 15 more minutes before they would be ready. Dominoes gained a new customer after this visit, I will never go back to Little Caesars.
Basic pizza for 1/3rd the price of others. Perfectly browned cheese, right amount of sauce.
Service is often slow and they never have the so called Hot n Ready pizzas ready. If you're in a hurry you better order ahead.
