Used drive-through. Ordered 12 sliders (called Krsystala). Service was very slow. But food was excellent.
Ok...like most restaurant workers in Mississippi, the concept of providing excellent customer service is lost on most of the staff.
Great staff, luke warm fake chicken, brown and black mold on the ceiling tiles, coke machine out of order in the lobby and it looks like the machine sprayed liquid on the wall and ceiling 6 months ago and it's still there. Dirty, dirty, dirty restaurant. Where is management? Where are the district managers? Don't they make site visits to address these types of concerns? My family and I will NEVER come back to this location and probably will never patronize another Krystal Burger ever again.
Zero stars would be better…I ordered at 11:46 am it is now 12:10pm. No food. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Over 25 minutes for food… at a Krystal? There are 5 other families waiting as well…. Stay away!Update: after 45 minutes we left after making them refund the order. If you don’t have enough staff to cover both drive thru and dine in… CLOSE ONE of them!
Food was good ole Krystal, service time could use some improvement and a little more detail on wiping down the tables...
2 stars for extremely long wait times for lobby service. This location is slow as cold molasses on a downhill snowbank. It took 20 minutes. I got my order ahead of the two customers ahead of me; therefore, their wait times were longer than mine. It's definitely unsatisfactory for any fast food establishment.
Food was horrible and the onions on the burger was crunchy. So they were old. Bad experience at this location. They put mustard all over the bread like it fell in it.
The Bacon Cheese Crystal had such a small patty it was crazy, though the chili cheese fries were good to go.
Ooow... it was bad. I'm not really picky with food but sheesh!!We literally couldn't eat it. The little burgers were WET and SQUISHED like they had been dropped and shoved in the bag ? the meat also looked gray-ish and odd. It was a mess... I didn't believe a redo would work out because it was not a mixup... it was just bad. And the drive thru lady wasn't great... so I didn't ask for them to fix it. I just trashed the bag and went somewhere else. Wasn't worth getting sick over?
Our order was incorrect. We ordered burgers without onions. When we received our food the burgers had onions all over them. I called the restaurant and the manager told me that all burgers are cooked on a bed of onions and they scrape them off when someone orders without them. They didn’t offer any solution to the problem.
