Worse experience as always from this place. Tried time and time again always the same cold chicken rude service and always out of something . If I was starving I would never stop at this restaurant joke again.Horrible ,threw the sickening order away

VERY unprofessional and rude staff!! We were only doing our job, picking up a delivery order and what we get at the window is cursing about " it's ten minutes to closing and we're putting everything the *** up." (So? Your not closed yet) But they already had the order ready so I'm not sure why the cursing and rudeness was necessary? We're just doing our job so do yours.
Hot and fresh, always great service .. food is delicious ... highly recommend ...on North hills ...in meridian
KFC food is always good however lover the drive-through service wrap service rap was extremely rude and impatient. I understand they might be under staff but however when it comes about dinner time you know to have a certain amount of food already prepped up none because dinner is always busy no matter what day of the week it is and no matter what the restaurant is. The food did not disappoint however the customer service was extremely extremely Disappointing
Poor customer service and food is never fully cooked its just not worth wasting your money on your better off eating at home. Its full of kids playing around and messing up orders and food and rudeness.
The absolute worst KFC I’ve ever visited. They are always out of crispy chicken, 4 times in a row, on random occasions, I’ve gone there and they were out. The time before that, I ordered a crispy meal, got home, and it was all original! I usually don’t complain, but clearly, the owner of this restaurant does not read the reviews.
The guy at the drive thru window was rude and impatient. And he didn't speak clear
We have got a online pickup the last two visits and the people have been pleasant to deal with. The food is usually ready as soon as I get there from our online order and it has been correct each time very happy about that.
No white meat chicken????Very watered down drinks!
