Tried Harvest Grill last night for the first time. It was delicious. Great atmosphere and food. The Banana Creme Brûlée was amazing.
Stopped for dinner on our way back to Arkansas to visit family and Harvest Grill did not disappoint! Every morsel was on point and so delicious. If you are passing through then be sure to stop by.
it all was good, but y'all, that fried bread pudding with icecream. OMGOODNESS. ? ?
This is a very nice restaurant with outdoor seating and the food was delicious!!!I had the chicken sliders (smoked then fried). Our service was 6 on scale of 1-10. The server was attending a group on 2nd floor which created longer intervals between times she came to table.I would recommend this restaurant because the food and atmosphere were great!
I got here at 12:15pm, and it was busy. It took about 10 mins for a hostess to notice me and get me a seat. I was greeted by a friendly waitress. I placed my order immediately, because I didn’t want to change my mind. I got the grilled Cesar salad with chicken and sweet potato fries. The food took long about 20 - 25 mins to come out. The salad was huge and tasty with tons of cheese. The chicken was a little too dry. The sweet potato fries were good!
First of all, we had to wait for some time before anyone asked us what we wanted to drink, after we were seated. The appetizers were delicious. The entrees were not very good. My husband had the swordfish which was dry and small. I ordered the Trout which was so overcooked that I was next to impossible to cut & the brussel sprouts were too dry and over seasoned. I had brussel sprouts the following day at Russell's which were perfect. I complained about the trout to two different staff members who both said they would let "them" know. I thought they would offer a free dessert or something to make up for this, but they did NOTHING ! Very poor management. The only saving grace I found there was Craig who brings out the food from the kitchen. I think if he left this business would close, or it should.
I'm from New Orleans and when I travel I know the food isn't like home. I ordered the filet dinner. The waiter was excellent! However the steak had no seasoning, not even salt or pepper. The atmosphere was nice to have drinks but I won't dine in again
Delicious food. We got the Burger, the buffalo wings, the shrimp and smoked pork belly, the kids pepperoni pizza, and the bread pudding. The only issue was the pork belly plate was a very small portion size. Everything else was more for your money. The bread pudding was almost addictive. Fried and served with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle. Overall, definitely delicious, loved the price and the service was really good too.
I have noticed this restaurant for a while and had always been curious about it. I went on a Thursday evening and the hostess seated me right away. She was very friendly. A young lady came by and told me she would be my server. She was going up the stairs that were near me with a large tray of drinks. She said she had a large group upstairs and said it might be a few minutes before she got to me. I had already decided on my order but tried to wait patiently. I waited and waited. I saw several servers standing around. I’m not sure what their system for this was but it wasn’t a good one. After quite a while a young man did come over and asked me if I had been greeted. I told him my server was upstairs serving a party. I figured since she had drinks, she was probably now taking orders. Thankfully he offered to take my order. I ordered fish and chips. (Fries) My server eventually came down and I told her my order had been taken. Throughout the rest of the time I was there , they both served me as well as a couple of others. The food was disappointing. The fish was so greasy that I don’t think it had been drained much if at all. There were tons of fries. I believe they were hand cut. There were pretty good. Overall I would have to say the food was disappointing and the service needs to be more organized. I do think this restaurant has the potential to be nice. It had a good atmosphere and was in a great location. But honestly, I wouldn’t return.
We stayed in Meridian, MS and wanted to check out the Harvest Grill. We had a blast as travelers, starting with the most welcomed greeting from Gregory. He connected us with our table and then our server, Cayley, who was a real joy! The food suggestions were right up our alley, but the highlight was the fried bread pudding. Incredible! Gregory witnessed our first tasting because he knew…. Thank you for the wonderful meal and service. We enjoyed meeting you both.
