Ond of the few fast food places left who is still able to provide good customer service inside or out
Ordered the monster double burger combo. I didn't check the food until I got home. I was given the smallest single piece of meat on a burger I've ever had. No cheese either. I'm not sure who got my order, but I hope they enjoy it. It wasn't busy so I don't know what happened. I checked the receipt and it was at least correct. This was seriously the smallest most pitiful burger I've ever had from a Hardee's... The workers were nice and quick, but I will not be going back.
Great staff. Hey management do your job...update your hours on Google maps. Your restaurant opens at 5:30 am. Not 5:00 am. Wasted my time this morning.
I will never go to this Establishment again I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I was in the restaurant business myself for years and I know the Patients you have to have in that job but there is no reason for people to have an attitude towards customers because you can’t handle a lunch rush and every-time I have gone to this specific Hardee’s I have always been greeted with rude staff and this last time all it took was for me to say “hello”when I was ready to take my order and the tone in the woman’s voice was unnecessary because after I hear how she spoke to me I went to the best establishment I have ever been to and that’s pjs acrossed highway 39 maybe Hardee’s can learn something from there employees
Excellent food and friendly people. Service was fast too. Highly recommend.
Had to wait extra long time for food and it taste horrible when I received it. You could tell it was sloppily thrown together.
Too bad the insides not open! Guess I'll be spending my money somewhere else.
Slow as always...8 minute wait with only one car ahead of me that was pulled forward to wait on their food. Efficiency is not their strong suit. If your schedule can't spare a 10-15 minute drive through wait, then I'd suggest considering going elsewhere. An 8 minute wait for only having two vehicles in drive through is very unsatisfactory.
I just don't like to see workers on the outside handling trash or smoking with gloves on. It makes me wonder do they really wash hands and change their gloves....
