SERVICE- The waitress was nice but never checked on us. We didn't have drinks for half our visit.Food- Chips we got were soggy and really greasy. Some were able to be bent in complete u before breaking. Guacamole wasn't fresh. Baked potato soup wasn't bad but was watery.Cleanliness- Not impressed. The glasses were greasy and there were. Food spot found in our water glasses.
Overall dirty/greasy, the table and booth was dirty, something had been spilled and not cleaned off, menus were greasy, dirty and floor looked like it hadnt been swept in days! We ordered loaded potato soup but there were no potatoes in it, all it had was broth and they had no crackers! Definitely do N O T recommend! Will not go back! Overall a lousy experience!
TERRIBLE!! Does NOT deserve even one star!! My family loves chili's!! We are not the type of ppl to make complaints but when you work hard for your money you should get what you order and the service you deserve. They were not packed at all so there was no excuse. We hardly saw our waiter. Had to ask another server for things we needed. We waited forever for someone to just come take our drink order. Our food come out one thing at a time with things missing and what we had was cold. My 5 yr old was last to get his food and this was after we tried to talk to the manager he acted like he didnt care at all and did nothing to help the situation. My ranch had dark film over it like it had been sitting out for no telling how long. We paid $50 and left hungry and VERY dissatisfied! We should not have been charged for anything! We will NEVER eat at this chilis again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
Didn't even get seated. Arrived at 8:30 PM and was told the wait was 15 minutes. After 45 minutes we asked the wait time again. The "hostess" mumbled and said she had no idea how long would be the wait. There were at least 8 empty tables. There were several employees just standing around. No idea if they were even working. The manager walked from the kitchen to the front door eating a mango. She didn't seem to care about the state of the restaurant. There were more people waiting to be seated than there were actually seated. We left and went to the popular restaurant next door where there was no wait, so can't say it was busy because it was a Saturday. Should have paid attention to the other recent negative reviews.
HORRIBLE!! Only half of my order was in the bag, when the guy brought the rest out, he was carrying it upside down. Guacamole was brown, chips were stale. Burger dry, the accompanying sauce was missing. Cheese curds were nice and brown but tasted burnt, meaning fried in old oil. I lost my appetite and ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. For the prices, one would think they would take more pride in their product. Will NEVER go back.
Friendly staff and delicious food!! We came between lunch and dinner time so it was not too busy… we played the trivia game on the tablet on the table which was a good distraction in waiting for food! Our drinks were filled often, food was fresh and affordable. My husband and I were very pleased! Will be back!
Service was poor. My entree came out way before my boyfriend's. His came out one piece at a time and they still forgot some of it. Manager comped his meal, but not mine. Mine was fijitas. They were cold by the time he got his food. It was an awful lunch. We won't go there again.
Me and my daughter stopped there She left table went bathroom and came back all nervous. She said this creepy guy kept staring at her, I look around to try and see who's she is talking about and then she points to the bar and there he is in a Chilis uniform standing at bar watching a football game I get my server I think her name was Brittany and she told me the guy name was Lenshae and he was a manager. What is a guy who looks damn near 50 making eye contact with my 17 year old daughter. I asked to speak with a manager but no one came, so we left. Dont let ke find out Chilis has phedophiles working the. So weary travelers beware and watch
Came to get my food that I ordered Togo at 5:39 that was supposed to be ready at 6:07. Did not actually get my order until 7:00. I know it's Saturday and busy, but it is ridiculous to stand there an hour. If my order wasn't going to be ready until 7, I could have run errands until it was actually ready, not stood in the way. And it is worth noting that every Togo personal order waited like I did, but all the GrubHub orders were ready for the drivers when they got there.
It was disgusting and the meat wasn’t even cooked all the way and the fries were alright but they had way to much pepper on them .
