The only good thing about this place was the guy that took our order was nice and polite. Service was fast but the food was terrible. The bun smelled like cigarettes, they were out of several drinks, and there were flies everywhere including our drink. We ending up throwing away the majority of what we ordered and left. Waste of money.
I had to reevaluate my rating. Fish sandwich tasted like a blank canvas but the service was excellent. Very clean location. I've had several great experiences here. Taste is subjective to personal preference...
This time the Arby's was so much more friendly. Made you feel better.
Was really excited to eat here as I do not have one in my hometown, but was quickly deterred by careless and rude employees and the wrong order. Sat at the speaker for close to 5 minutes before a rude employee came over and had an attitude as I ordered. I had ordered the limited edition wings and fries and chose the hot honey flavor, but was given the buffalo flavor instead. I was as nice to the employee as I could be, but she had the snobbiest attitude. When I asked for ranch, she acted as if I was the biggest burden on earth. Wish I could give 0 stars honestly. Told my husband that we could have gotten better service at McDonald’s and would have already known our order would have been wrong there instead of being given a false hope of reality.
Their fries are usually old and greasy. Yesterday the food was dripping wet and bagged improperly. My wings had sauce everywhere but the meat. The roast beef sandwich didn't taste like roast beef.
They need 2 keep da boneless wings....highly recommend them....and get Bleu cheese
I'm usually a big fan of Arby's. But tonight it was a little off. I sent my daughter to get me a #13. Well my daughter didn't have a drink, arby sauce or fries. I was disappointed because I look forward to the arby sauce. I made an attempt to call the store a couple times, but the line continue to stay busy.
I really like this place , but the last 2 times I have been to this place they have gotten my order wrong . I love their wraps , I guess I will try the other sandwiches , next. Cause I am so upset about my wraps !and why did they make them so small now !! No a happy person
Decent fast food options, but this particular location is frigid, bring a heavy jacket.
Got 6 beef and cheese, very fresh and hot. Lady at window extremely nice. I do recommend.....in meridian. Do it
