customer service was ok been here for 4 hours and still have not received my food.. multiple people have came and left mean while i am still sitting here waiting for my order.. it’s currently 10:00 and i got here at 6:40… has not asked me about a refill once since i’ve been seated. the overall experience is a no for me and they seem to be avoiding me.
We visited in 7/16 passing through from North Carolina. We were seated quickly and the food and drinks were pretty fast. Princess was our server and was very attentive.
The food was ok I got tge honey bbq chicken strips.. noodles were dry. The server however was so nice and made sure we were OK.. she fixed Togo drinks and w a s just pleasant. Applebee's definitely needs some new spices and meal selections
horrible dining experience in my life this place is without a doubt a health risk for anyone that’s concerned about what they eat. I tried to get a glass of wine the waitress did not know if they had Merlot or not. She didn’t even know what the word Merlot meant. What a waste of money and time would never eat there again.
I had a half of slab of ribs and they seems old and tough. It was about 9:30 but that's no excuse. The cost is the same, so I expect them to do their best no matter how close it's to closing.
I was disappointed an so was my son an daughter in law an my grandbaby that took me out for my Birthday . Here they all got their food an we even got appetizers brought to the table but my plate didn't make it . When I asked she said it was on it's way well every was almost done no plate manger said they only had 2 cook an they were behind... what no the place was not no where even close to being full. I got my food finally in a to go box free cause every of course was done.
We ate at Applebee's in Meridian Ms. OnJuly 3rd mid afternoon. There were 8 adults, our order came out in stages 3 of the meals were the same. Service was horrible the only reson I gave one star was there were not a lower rating. Two of the meals were so late all others had finished for sometime before those meals were brought out. Not much of an apology was given. Will not be back nor would I reccomend.
I purchased the bourbon steak. It was supposed to come with mushrooms and onions. The steak was so tough I could not even cut it with a knife. There were no mushrooms at all. There was no manager on duty just a key holder. So they did not even comp for the food that was not edible. The service with Tavia was great!!
Food was nice though their steaks were pretty small especially for the price the servers were sweet and hospitable try their parmesean wings as an appetizer and hamburger with fries I loved it or get what you want
I would like to take the food but after coming in and sitting down and waiting 20 min no one even came to take drink orders so we left. At least 5 employees standing around doing nothing. Very disappointed.
