Counter tops was dirty, 2 employees sitting behind the counter eating. If they was on break should be eating elsewhere. It was really filthy. The food is usually very good but who can eat from a place that doesn’t clean.

Wow , its good to know this place is still open since the mall is a ghost town its so sad . but their food is awesome I had the club sandwich I will be coming back . my husband loves their hamburgers. Keep it up !
I think by now everybody knows this, but Ima say it again. Most young BLACK girls are NOT good at customer service. They dont know how to talk to people. Cheap labor will loose a great deal of business. Im fully black and descendant of slaves so no race sh..t goin on here. Parents, its ok for black girl magic, oh you so pretty, but teach them more than that.
Girls on that shift were swift, professional and delightful! Going back because the food was GREAT! But the service was EXCEL-lent!!❤?

American Deli in Bonita Lakes Mall has horrible customer service…my daughter and I stood in line a good 5 minutes while the 3 girls working in the front played on their phones and pinched on each other not even acknowledging us being there…after one finally decided to take our order she still had her phone in her hand and one of the other girls were still horseplaying while I was trying to place my order…just plain out horrible customer service…after recieving my order it wasn’t what I ordered and couldn’t get it corrected
This American Deli has very good hamburgers! The staff was helpful and the food was pretty quick and came out very hot. When we were there there was plenty of seating and the tables seemed to be clean as well. I would definitely go back for another burger!
About the best burger ever! Stopped for the supercharger outside. Ate here and would go again.
Meridian, MS location has awful customer service. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk up to order. The shrimp fried rice tastes good, but has more fried egg than anything. The wings are not good. The Tuscaloosa location has delicious wings and great customer service!
