I loved the quick service. Definitely fast food !
Today about an hour or so ago I ordered 4 of the 4 for 4s and they got in completely wrong I had 2 chicken nuggets in one of them 3 in another and then the other one had no chicken nuggets and one had fries that had like 7 fries in it and they had terrible customer service they have made it the worst and I tried to call and complain but got sent straight to voicemail I’ve tried calling back multiple times and nobody will answer I need to speak with a manager or something because this is not the first time!
The wendy's located in Gluckstadt is always ?! Those fries are alway straight out the greese. Chili is very meaty! They never failed my yet. Thanks Wendy's in Gluckstadt!

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. The employees seem to hate you and the food is horrible, my chicken sandwich tasted like rubber. I will never go here ever again.
We had a pretty big order, which I understand can be a lot. But no matter what the order. The people working should never be rude. They deleted one of our frosties off of the order and wouldn’t put it back on. Forgot a sandwich. Gave us no straws or forks. Or sauce. They were extremely rude about it when we asked and it seemed like a burden for them to give us the right stuff that we paid for. When we asked for straws they gave us 2 (we had 4 drinks) then they slammed the window and didn’t come back. Don’t recommend this place unless you have a lot of patience.
For reference, this was Monday, 12/27 around 8:30 pm.I was 3rd in line with an additional two or three behind me. After a bit, the guy in front of me just drove off. I pulled up and continued to wait. Eventually I pulled out of line as well and passed the truck to get a better look, and it was empty. There was a deserted pick-up truck literally parked in front of where you order. As I circled the store to leave, I noticed what seemed like a young female employee. She was just sitting in her car with the door open. It was all very strange.
Went through drive through this morning. This is the first time I’ve ever been to this location in Gluckstadt. When I arrived home and opened one of my sausage biscuits, I found that someone had already taken a bite out of it. I hope this isn’t the norm for this location or any other location. I tried to call and didn’t get an answer. I live in Flora so the drive to get back is a little far. I will not go back to this location that’s for sure.
They were a bit slower than the locations in Jackson and Ridgeland, but I think they have an employee shortage so I didn't mind. The food was great (as usual) so it was definitely worth it and I honestly didn't mind to slow down for a couple extra minutes. The employees at the windows were friendly so that's always an A+++. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a little food on the road or a job as they are hiring.
