Horrible customer service I order a venti they gave me a grande. When I told him that he gave me the wrong size he just gave me a blank stare like I was the one in the wrong. We were in a hurry I did not have time to wait for them to remake. We were already there for 10 mins and only one person was in front of us. Then it didn’t even taste right . That’s a lot of money for coffee to not get what your order and it is not made right.
Disappointed in Starbucks lately. Apparently they are experiencing supply chain issues as well and are totally out of several key ingredients necessary for at least 30% of their ingredients
They are rude an NEVER get your order right. Those drinks are too high from them to taste like water. Best thing for that place is to start with the nasty attitude mangers replacing them an then getting a new TRAINED staff to run that place. Services there is AWFUL!!!!!
I love this Starbucks. I am always in and out without a long wait. My favorite order is the mango dragonfruit with lemonade and sometimes apple juice(try it).
Regular stop of mine on my way to visit a customer. It’s a Starbucks. I use the app and order ahead cause with Starbucks you never know when the drive through lines will be wrapped around the building or free and clear. Drinks are what you expect them to be and the egg bites are always hot when I get them so no complaints.
I never write bad reviews but the customer service is beyond awful every single time I come here, not to mention my drinks are never correct. Today I went and got a drink, and when I received my drink there was no cold foam on top, which I paid for. I politely asked if they could put the cold foam I paid for on there and the girl told me they were out of it. Then I overheard another girl say they weren’t out of it, but that the girl had only said they were so they wouldn’t have to take the time to remake my drink. Just so lazy, and SHAY is completely rude and got an attitude with me after I asked about it. The Management here needs to do better. Just take the extra 5 minutes and drive to the Ridgeland location, because this location is awful.
This location enables easy off and on service for a delightfully delicious drink and pastries. Try it out!
Stopped by this Starbucks on my way out of town after being stuck in a horrible meeting for hours the other day. I was in a very ill mood but after being greeted by the employees and even the manager there at Starbuck s I was smiling when I left. Great store and awsome staff.
Ordered Coldbrews. Instead of being informed Coldbrew was out it was just filled with iced coffee and mislabeled coldbrew. The difference between coldbrew and iced coffee is clear as day. At least be honest about what you're doing.
My family and I went to Starbucks in Madison tonight. Waited at the drive thru order thing for a few minutes and no one responded. My husband drove around to the window because we knew they were open. Multiple employees saw us at the window and did not open it nor respond. One girl with purple and blue hair even made eye contact but did not come to the window and decided to turn around and put her hands on her hips while looking the other way still. Finally a young man opened the window and kindly asked us to drive back around and someone would take our order. We did so. My husbands drink was not made correctly and my drink also wasn’t made correctly.
