I stop going to this location their food is never cooked correctly. The food is either hard or room temperature never hot. I bought some onion rings here on the mobile app that were too hard and was told I couldn't get a refund but they kept the onion rings away and didn't give me the onions back. Called the number on the mobile app no one has yet to reach out to me for a refund. So basically I gave sonics $4.89 and still haven't received a refund
This visit was a good experience but overall this particular location has on a huge scale has not given me the correct order. Seeing that I normally order drinks, I would not think it would be that difficult. Maybe due to high turn over rate and training new people all the time. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt seeing as many places are short staffed and most fast food has a high turnover.

Horrible wait times with average food. Blasts are just ice cream with the topping unmixed sitting on top. If you want a mediocre meal and want to wait forever, try this Sonic soon.
We were greeted outside by a friendly employee on his break. That's worth a whole star in my book. ?Otherwise, we were there only briefly, passing through on a trip. Bathrooms are nice, the drinks are refreshing, and there is a bit of grass to talk the dog. It's a good place for a quick stop.
I had a bad experience here once before and this time was even worse. Ordered 2 nerd slushes and a large unsweetened iced tea. Used the app. Our order came out and only one slush arrived, someone else drink was with the slush and of course my tea was sweet instead of unsweetened. The young lady, who by the way was not even remotely friendly, had already gone back inside to get the other slush. 5 or so minutes later she brought it out. We told her mine was wrong and she reluctantly took it back to fix it. Well, once she returned I tasted it and it was unsweetened, BUT it had turned sour. So needless to say we just left and tossed it in the trash. So disappointed.
Disappointing. Ordered, waited, watched others who ordered after us get food, and even spoke with someone. After a 20 minute wait, we realized they had lost our order and left. I was amazed that their system could lose an order especially an order for a sundae and a small blast. Since I hadn't paid, I assume the system didn't know what to do. The process tracking had disappeared from the screen so it was pretty obvious. I gave them two stars because it was obvious they had new staff because you could hear them asking each other questions.

i never leave reviews but this is the third time of me going & them messing up. so i understand its somewhat my fault for even going back the second time honestly, but i simply asked (each time) for a medium cherry limeade & to please make sure they put some cherries & limes but each time ive gotten just a red drink with barley any ice. thats it lol. then when i ask them to fix it its an issue even tho i was super nice when asking. im not sure his name but the only worker there that we actually like & keeps a good attitude is the younger black kid with dreads. other than that im good with going somewhere else thats more friendly & knows how to have a decent attitude
Order was not correct, food was cold and took forever to wait to be delivered. I know and understand that everyone is shorthanded but when 3 cars arrive after you and then leave before you and still no word on your food is not acceptable
