I have multiple times and they will not pick up the phone. When I got through the line, the manager never came to the door. I called because I paid for a 3 finger combo and they only gave me 2 tenders in the box and I stay 10 minutes away. Do better Raising Canes
Never had a bad experience. Always fast, friendly, and the chicken is always on point. When we travel with a group, Cane’s is a must-stop because of the delicious food and the great service.
service was great when they first opened. now it sucks. curbside service is horrible. food barely even warm sometimes.
My chicken fingers are barely bigger than a nugget. I asked the employee about it, and just got a blank stare.

Never again!! 3 times I've eaten here and all 3 times the fries were soggy and unedible.. Management did not want to correct the problem. I highly recommended Zaxby's across the street.

Used to love coming here, but the service quality has decreased a lot, especially if you do online ordering for pickup, which is what I use for accessibility reasons. The past times I've used it, the food is never in the pickup station, and I'll have to wait 30 minutes after the designated time to get my (somehow cold) food. I'm not too keen on continuing to order here if this is how the service will continue to be
