Where do I start? Typical meat and 3 restaurant with an elevated interior. Great use of tile and black and white vintage photographs. Generous serving size. I had the meatloaf, Mac & Cheese and fried green tomatoes Service was great and dessert selection was impressive.

Good food, good prices and good service in an open concept seat yourself restaurant. The blue plates are a bargain, Tuesday's Tilapia or chicken dumplings were both very good.

We had to wait over 45 minutes for our breakfast and none of the staff seem to care. We had ask about our meal 3 different time and the other members of our party finished and we were still waiting. When our meal did arrived the waitress very sarcastically apologized. We are not planning to return.

The food is horrible! If you have eaten anywhere except for IHop, there is no way you can find this food delicious. I ordered a Western Omelet with cheddar cheese and received a dry omelet with no cheese. Garbage!!!

The food is good, but for some reason there is never more than one register open. If they open two they always pull the person. I used to be able to come in and order within five minutes. Now, even on off time, I wait ten plus minutes in line. I’m patient, I just figure maybe primos leadership needs to know about the issue.Note: in the attached photo the line is back to the door. Google mentions it is not too busy. Wrong.

Unappetizing food................typical Mississippi service..........they don't give AF and they act like you are bothering them when you order. If they don't like their job they shouldn't take it out on the general public. The only polite people in the bunch were the busboy and the young man that brought our food. Avoid this place if you can.

I came to Madison to visit family and to celebrate a family member's birthday. I bought 2 cakes at Primos for the birthday party. The carrot cake with cream cheese icing is delicious. Everyone enjoyed this cake. Previously, I had eaten breakfast at this Primos and also enjoyed the food. The staff is well trained in good customer service. I will definitely go there again with my family when I come back to Madison, MS.

For breakfast, you order up at the counter and the staff brings the breakfast to your table. Restaurant was very clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. Many breakfast options to chose from;all are good. My wife and I were very happy with Primos.

While visiting family in Mississippi we stopped here for breakfast. When you enter this restaurant you must place your order first and then you have to find a place to sit, if there are seats available. If you have a large family this could be a problem during their busy hours. The food was delicious and very satisfying, they provide a large portion for a decent price.

Friendly service. Food came out pretty quick. Food was good. Good variety of breakfast options to choose from.
