What should I expect, since the Covid everything is Basically Drive-Thru which really SUX, the Fast Food Employees are Over Worked and Underpaid, so everything is Rush Rush Rush, the Chicken was Lousy A Pound of Crush on my Thighs and Wings? Hard with NO POPEYES SPICY TASTE????I don't know what's going on with Popeyes nowBecause Kentucky Fried Chicken is still has the same Great Taste?
OMG 8 employees 25 minutes before 1 car moved, half the staff outside making tiktok videos. Sad
I went to the drive thru at 9:30 PM on 3/27. They don’t close till 10:00. There were 4 employees inside, but they said they closed early and wouldn’t take orders even though they had 3 cars in the drive thru.
The lobby is closed “until further notice.” The line is always out into the road so you can’t order online and pick up in a timely fashion. The only way you can pick up an online order is to wait in line which defeats the purpose because they don’t make until you say you are there. Popeyes has gone down hill.
The worst Popeyes ever!!!! I had to pull up and wait 15min for a large order of fries, and now today I pull up at 10:20 to make a order and they are currently closed?!!!! Very sad Popeyes of Madison
Food was very good but had quite a wait to get our order..will chalk it up to it being a lunch hour visit.
Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:50am. Employee said “we don’t open til 11”. I told him their sign in the window and Popeyes website said they open at 10am. He said “We don’t open til 11”. I said, “you guys need to take your signs off the window then.” And he smarted off and told me he wasn’t going to do that and it wasn’t my place to tell him what to do.
They are getting worse with service and being stocked at the Madison MS location. Basically all drive thru with Covid but they are consistently slow, out of items, or asking customer to wait 15 minutes to get food cooked. It’s pretty ridiculous.
The only saving grace to our order being right was the fact we ordered online, but at the middle of the afternoon it still took 25 minutes to get to the order box.When telling the voice on the other end they were very hard to hear and very short with us. Then when the car in front of us moved forward and they came back on the speaker, we repeated the order number and they said "I said pull around".10 minutes later we made it to the window and we received our order, fully accurate and complete, but the individual at the window did not say a thing.In close, long wait times and not very pleasant staff but the food was good.
If you like waiting in line 20 minutes this the place for you!
