Confused manager, very slow service. Lots of hollering from the kitchen. Flies constantly buzzing us while trying to eat. All the food just dumped in a bag for an dine in order. Other customers complaining too. Kiosks ordering only yet no table tents to enter the order. Manager says to just enter any random number to complete order as they don’t use the number. No way to match up order to customers.

Visited on May 14, 2022. Only went because it was the closest option to me at the time and I was hungry. I would've been better off eating the grass in front of the restaurant. Drink watered-down, fries underseasoned, top bun hard. Nothing on Crispy Chicken Sandwich but a chicken patty. I added my own mayo (which I was told would be included) and cheese, added salt to the fries, and poured the drink out.

asked for 3 sweet teas. 1/3 are actually tea. other 2 are coffee.

Blah, blah, blah...same thing different day. Unhappy employees, mediocre service, orders wrong.

My order was wrong. They charged me for the big breakfast with hotcakes and only gave me pancakes, sausage, and egg. My hash brown and biscuit was missing.

Ugh. Fries tasted like they were just sitting in the warmer for a while. They didn't even fill the fries right ?

Drive through service has improved. Orders have been accurate lately.

This lady was very rude. We went to Macdonald and they got are order all mixed up and was very rude, not to mention ice cream machine always broken. These women gave us a vanilla milkshake and tried to give us a frappe we did not ask for and then got mad at us, then wanted to ignore us. Will not be back!!

Update 01-24-22: My fault this time. I thought I would give them one more chance. I wish I could save everyone from this location! Just. Don't. Go. Stuck in drive thru for almost an hour. Couldn't pull out due to lane configuration. Worker was taking only two orders every 15 minutes. Food cold and soggy. Workers moved like zombies. I was sick with frustration when I left.I literally paid to wait an hour for horrible food. I understand things are challenging right now, but if they can't actually function, then they should take a cue from Wendy's and close for the shift instead of making enemies out of would be customers.Original review: Ordered via app for curbside, still took 20 minutes. Didn't bring all drinks ordered but couldn't wait any longer. This location is consistently awful.

McDonald's can be a hit or miss experience depending on location. We came for breakfast and the drive-thru line was long. But, it moved quickly. Our order was quick and prepared as ordered (minor changes to an item). Service was friendly.
