Placed a curbside order auto response ,”we’ll be right out with your order!” Waited 10mins well… guess I’d better go get it myself. Got my bag but I didn’t know I was picking up a bag of pre-prep ingredients. If I wanted to cook I could’ve stayed home!!
No complaints. Good place for a quick spud or sandwich. I love the options for sides.
My Waitr order plainly states potato salad and pickle with sandwich. When the order arrived there was neither. My husband wasn't too happy. I tried several times to call McAlister's and they wouldn't answer the phone. Come on people! I realize good help is hard to get these days, but how long does it take to check the accuracy of an order before it is delivered? Mistakes happen, but because you have other reviews stating you wouldn't answer the phone and you wouldn't answer mine I will not be ordering again from here. The only reason for two stars is the food we did receive was okay.
Order placed with Waitr was missing items. They would not answer the phone that night or two days later. I realized good help is hard to find, but how long does it take to check the accuracy of an order? And, to not answer the phone is bad business! Done with McAlister's!
Used to love going here, but it has gone downhill in the past few years. I would be shocked it they got our order completely right just once. Tonight (3/20/22): we ordered two “choose two” and a nacho app…they left out FIVE items. It was delivered, so there’s no walking back to the counter. The store is in a great location, right in the heart of town. This should be a flagship location for the brand. We used to eat there almost every week. Now it’s maybe once a quarter.
They ALWAYS get our Uber eats order wrong. This time they left off SIX things. The dressing for the salad, (which the receipt says dressing on it) the pickle spear (which we specifically checked the box for) the jalapeños for the cheese dip, and honey mustard on the sandwich. Didn’t include crackers with the potato soup or chips with chicken tortilla soup. I don’t understand WHY the employees can’t check the bags better before they hand them off? This isn’t an occasional mistake. I can not remember the last time our order was correct!
Second time today I have been here for lunch. My coworker was finished eating by the time I got my sandwich, both times. No Excuse, 35 minutes to get my club sandwich. ??
Staff got mad at me for asking for extra cheese sauce and were super rude, charged me extra for toppings when I didn’t get any on the loaded nachos. Their potatoes taste , smell and look expired, and the staff just play on their phones.Take it from me … don’t go here. ?
It used to be one of our favorite places. The service has gotten pretty bad. We mostly do takeout now days. It is unusual for our order to be correct. Most of the people working the counter are very rude.
Was a very average experience. What you would expect from a "deli" kind of restaurant. It's not going to wow you. They didn't seem to exactly have things organized, which was backing up food and lines. Everyone was nice though.
