I was surprised! The service was great! The food was brought out quickly and it was hot. The steak was actually cooked correctly which almost never happens!! Will definitely be going back if I head that way again.
The employees that were working were fine. Hard to wait an extra long time while watching workers walk around doing nothing while on their phone. I do realize it’s hard to get workers right now. Would have been 2 stars.
Plenty of empty tables on Tuesday at 5 but 15-20 minute wait? Why? What is going on? When is good time to go?
We had a large party and the rude hostess was obviously not interested in our business. I asked if they could seat a table of 10. Not like it was dinner rush our. I was there at 4:50pm. He actually huffed at me and said let me ask the manager. She returned and said, they would split us up 5 and 5 and would not be in the same section. I simply asked if they could pull 2 tables together. She literally looked at me like I wS stupid and replied... uh, no. No worries, put our name on the waiting list and left. Georgia Blue was more than accommodating and food was great
They were slow to seat you but well worth the wait. The onion petals were soooooo good. The steak and baked potato were cooked to perfection. Service was on point. If you are looking for a great environment and awesome food... run to this place fast!!!
This Longhorn Steakhouse is Very good. It has a higher end feel than other LH's. The waitstaff are some of the best I have seen. The manager even comes to each table to assure that they are being properly cared for. The waitresses are definitely worth a generous tip! Great Experience all around!
Longhorn's does great at flavor. Their steaks always have a great taste. This restaurant was clean and the staff, although slow at getting to the table to remove plates and refill were very friendly.
Terrible. They no longer serve quality steak. The ribeye hat I've gotten many times before now looked like a thin cheaper cut of meat. It was broiled instead of grilled as normal I wind up tossing it in the garbage when I got home cause it didn't even taste like a ribeye
Food and service were very good! Had a bit of a wait, but once we were in it all went very smooth!
Food just okay. Ordered the ribeye and had better elsewhere
