I live about a mile away but have only ever been here once. The ice cream was good, but it didn’t stand out and wow me. Fun options for toppings. They have a good number of dairy-free ice creams for those that need it which is nice.
Spacious and comfortable, good selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. Enjoyed the decor. Friendly staff, good experience!

I’ll give it three stars since the staff was friendly. The frozen yogurt or ice cream tasted kind of watery, which kind of made the flavor bland. I didn’t really like how the staff controlled the amount of toppings went on it. I would of preferred to do my own toppings.
Only three stars because staff was very friendly but the frozen yogurt itself tasted like an ice cube with chocolate syrup. Not to mention it made me sick after eating it. I was just really disappointed, I hate to give out such a bad review but it was horrible.
THANK YOU FOR GIVING OUT DAIRY FREE FLAVORS!!! that’s not just sober fruit flavors. i wanna enjoy the real flavors that’s not just fruit only. i’m not vegan but i’m sure vegans are happy, i’d enjoy almond base flavor for sure or even the lactose icecream based stuff taste just like regular ice cream. y’all are the best in madison for this reason exactly
Wonderful place to get a treat! Went in & the young lady behind the counter was very friendly & professional. She explained all of the products and was very attentive. There was a good mix of customers in there & they even had kids playing in a play section. The decor is very cute & there were several flavors to choose from. We will definitely be back! If you are craving a treat this is the place!
The coffee was cold, they did not have everything there that was on the menu, the employee did not know the flavor of one of the coffee flavors and the flavor was smudged out. The frozen yogurt was good but my friend and I felt like we were not welcome to stay and chat after we finished our dessert. Will not be going back. Menchies from now on.

Coffee was cold. You couldn't tell the flavor of one of the coffee flavors because it was smudged. Employee did not know what it was. Toppings were stale. They did not have everything available on the menu. Both my friend and I got sick and we are not lactose intolerant. The inside was beautiful but no one but her and I were there. I'll stick to Menchies. Sorry for the ones who love it. That was just our experience.
