Love the decor and menu. This was my first time having oysters and I'm hooked. They were so flavorful. I got the sea food sampler, it was good, but a few things, when asked if I wanted fried or grilled I didn't realize all of it would be fried including my Mai ? also the over deep fried a few things. Our waitress was amazing, so knowledgeable and fun. I will definitely be going back.
First time visiting. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She was very accommodating to our requests to adjustments to menu items. The food was fabulous. I had the Voodoo Shrimp Tacos. The Voodoo sauce is a sweet spicy sauce the shrimp are tossed in. It is not too spicy. My wife had just a fried shrimp Po-boy and enjoyed it. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.

I guess overall it was good but we asked for toasted French bread before entrees, it was cold and really not toasted at all. Had to wait for butter to thaw before we could even spread. Ordered a garden salad, it was lettuce only, no cheese or any other produce. No produce on the burger. I know times are unprecedented but they charge enough... The guys ordered steak and they seem to enjoy so it was a so-so for me. But I guess everyone has an off day.Server was was good but certainly didn't ask about details.
Delicious food. Ok service. This place is always packed, so it was great to get a reservation. We throughly enjoyed our meals and cocktails. They are a little pricey but the flavor was worth the price. Everything was well seasoned and we will be back
The food and service was great. The oyster platter was everything. The Mr. doesn't like oysters, but when he tasted the Orleans oyster, he loved it. I also had the fried green tomatoes with crab cakes and it was the best crab cake ever. It had no fillers which is what I like. I will be going back to try the voodoo wings everyone has been talking about.
This is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Madison. I have dined here countless times since it opened. I only had one mediocre server but all other times they were excellent! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is perfect! You will not regret your dining experience!!
Oysters were to cold to chew. Even hurt my teeth. Not sure what I had but it was sure not bienville! Gumbo and service were good. Bread pudding may have been the worst! Don’t know why you serve desert this bad!
