The margaritas were the best part of our visit. The bartender definitely makes them with love ❤️If you have a party of 10 or more you have to pay on 1 check and they can only take 3 cards so plan your group and money accordinglyThey cook the burgers medium well no exceptions. I was a little skeptical but the Blue burger came still juicy so it was goodThough the server was nice she was very flustered and our experience suffered a little

My experience at Georgia Blue in Madison was terrible! Stop putting messages on your menu about how sorry you are about the bad service and fix it. A better trained server could handle multiple tables at one time. Our service was awful. He left us sitting there for 15 minutes with a baby waiting to order. He did manage to take the orders of tables that sat after us though. Once we did get to order, I tried to order a burger medium. He told me they only cook to WELL DONE for “consistency”. That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. So what you’re telling me is the kitchen is only capable of “consistently” over cooking food. Once we received our food, the food runner who dropped it off was also rude and had an attitude. All we needed was ketchup and bbq sauce. I will never visit this location again.

Georgia Blue is a staple in the community. I’ve visited of the surrounding area Georgia Blue’s, and I have to say this one is my favorite. The rustic industrial but modern look, gives it amazing atmosphere. The customer service and quality of the food was second to none. I will definitely be back!

3rd time is not a charm. The food was mediocre, small portions for the price, our waitress was nice and attentive. We just felt very under impressed. My drink was good.

First dining here and I must say we received best service ever! Robert Cassidy was pleasant, knowledgeable and tentative. Ever item he suggested from the turnip bites as an appetizer to the Georgia blue donut for dessert was delicious! Thank you Robert for your outstanding service. We will be back!

Service was extremely excellent , food and drinks /alcoholic beverages also great. Salad with lamb was tasty and great. The amount of romaine rib was surprisingly unusual, Leafy was definitely expected. Otherwise all was extremely good. I would recommend feasting at restaurant but skip the salads.

Service was very good and the server Eli brought out my food and was very sweet. The bayou catfish was incredible, and the live music was a nice touch. Cannot wait to go again.

This was my first experience at Georgia Blue, and it was very good. I ended up having lunch there two days in a row.The restaurant was very clean with a rustic theme. The whiskey barrel wall was really cool, but I wish I would have been able to sample their whiskey at the restaurant. The first day I had the shrimp tacos with chips and queso. The tacos were awesome, and had a great spicy sauce that really made them stand out. The chips and queso was what you would expect, but very good as well. The second day I had the Mahi tacos, and they were excellent as well. Too many onions, but that's jusy my personal preference. All in all, this is a great place to grab something quick but very savory. Would recommend!

We had a special event at the Georgia Blue location in Madison on New Year’s Eve and the team was very accommodating. We had a great experience. Highly recommend!
