the waitress's attitude was terrible. she asked us why did we need her when trying to pay for our food and was just unpleasant overall.
great food an experience
El Ranchito is my absolute favorite mexican place in the area. I live in Pearl but will ALWAYS drive the extra way to go to it instead of more local restaurants. The servers are always so friendly and even when they're busy, we get excellent service. I've never had a complaint about the food, either. Overall a definite recommendation for Mexican food in the area.
No stars!!!Gave one star because of the kind gentleman who were the host…We were seated and served chips & salsa, waitress came to ask for our drink order and we got our waters & that was it….Her attitude was awful & kept walking passed our table took others who got their after us…so we packed up our belongings & left. Asked the cashier how much is the salsa & chips and paid for it & told her we were never had our orders taken and others that came after us were taken care of… mainly her attitude.
Great salsa, great pina colada, good food and very reasonably priced!! Customer service is decent, could be better. They are always busy. Expect to wait on Friday nights, they are packed.
Food was good but service needs a lil work. Overall a pleasant experience.
