This store has a very rude “general manager”. I have bought pizza in this store weekly for the past 5 years. Today I went there with my kids in the car, this rude lady refused my window service and insisted I come into the store or order online. I ordered online and went to pick up at the window, because I told her I would drop a review online, she cancelled my order and closed the window on me. I had a free pizza today and she told me the store does not need my $3 pizza. I’m still going to find the owner of the store and lay a formal complaint.I don’t need you to appease me with any more free pizzas, that’s what got me insulted in the first place. I have enough free pizzas to last me for weeks but it takes a lot of heartlessness to cancel food when it’s obvious there we’re hungry little kids at the back of the car. Such a person has no business working in the food industry.
Have always ordered pizza every Sunday from this location for the past Five Years plus. Fast forward to today, tried to order through the drive through window, was told to either call in or order online. Did exactly that and came back to pick up. A so called General Manager got to the window once again to lecture me on how much power she has in the store. I tried to pay for my order while I told her that I will never come back there again. She felt offended and canceled my order and refused to serve me, after I requested for her name. She needs to be re- trained . One customer gone, many more to go as long as this General Manager remains employed in this store. She is bad for the business. Worst Dominos General Manager I have ever encountered in my life. Will never go to that location again.

Today was the second time that I have gone to this location. I should have known after the first visit to never go back. They had to remake one pizza. The second pizza was burnt. They expected me to pay for the burnt pizza. NOT!!! All I really cared about was my boys eating since my youngest BG was low. The icing on the cake is that I was suppose have a 10 credit because of what happened before. It wasn't there. I will not be going back to this location.

Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza got chicken Alfredo pizza. Hawaiian thin crust pizza half the toppings slid off on one side of box. Looks like they dropped it...

I am all about second chances and I also understand that our dominos has an issue with getting people to show up for their shift. If I order food I would like it to arrive warm/hot. Multiple times now I have been disappointed in the delivery time frame and the miscommunication on the tracker. Although everyone is very polite it is still disappointing. I still tip them well, just wish they would make adjustments to provide better quality food.
