Went today with my husband and kids, and one of the young ladies that fixed our food had a terrible attitude and she was very rude. She constantly rolled her eyes and acted like she did not wanna be there. When we asked her a question she got smart with us. She made us feel very uncomfortable. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She was the one fixing the meats. I don’t care how good the food is if your customer service is terrible I definitely will not be going back. I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
Awful experience. Made an online order, came to pick up 30 minutes after ordering (was told it will be ready in 5 minutes) only to wait 30 more minutes for my food. I understand being out of certain food, but staff was very rude, openly complained about online ordering, the chairs were all turned up on the tables before 8pm, and they forgot one of our sides. Unfortunately, this was not our first negative experience at this location and we will not be back.
Terrible service! Have to wait and additional 30 minutes for part of a ToGo order that I placed to pick up an hour after I ordered it. The only option I got was to wait or to substitute it for food I didn't want.Update: Now I get home and they forgot about 25% of my order and everything but what I waited on is cold!
One star only because I couldn’t do the review without a star. Walked in at the selected time to pick up order which was 7:45 pm, however was till there 15 minutes after that waiting for my order. Staff was not friendly we were not greeted upon entering, the order was not done. Some items were not available when my daughter asked for a refund she was told they could not provide one. Google states closing time is 9 pm however customers were turned away being told closing time is 8 pm Will not be going back to this locations again
Stopped at Dickey’s after a visit with Mr. Google on our way north from Louisiana. What a lucky thing for us! Evening was top notch, but the brisket!! Wow!! I think it was some of the best brisket I’ve ever bought in a restaurant. Thick sliced and melt in your mouth. My only suggestion is that they need to expand to Illinois!!! I’ll be their first customer!
Bought a pound of turkey and chicken. Both were excellent. Coleslaw was also really great. Not too sweet. Perfect for slaw dogs.
Ribs were fatty and baked beans had way too much pepper. The bread was overly buttered. The mac & cheese was pretty good. The pulled pork was okay. I will not be going back.
I will never recommend this place to anyone the staff have poor customer service skills and the manager I spoke to on the phone trying to explain a situation that took place on Monday 7, 2021. I have visited alot of Dickey's in alot of states. I will never recommend this to anyone.
Wings were a little over done, but the brisket was delicious. My wife really enjoyed the Dr pepper BBQ sauce. Good, hearty food. We enjoyed it for takeout.
Never again. I work in the industry and this is just pathetic. What kind of bbq place sends out food with NO bbq sauce? Didn't get two sides that I ordered as well, and the slice of cheese is a half slice of hard dried out cheddar. I wish I could stop payment on this hot mess of a meal.
