Great coffee and would gladly pay the $0.50 increase per cup but they changed the cup to to a less expensive thin cardboard which doesn’t keep the coffee hot long enough to finish the cup. Will probably stop occasionally to get my favorite brew but sad to say, the daily drive through will stop.
The coffee was great each time, however when I stopped by the 2nd time they charged me .95 cents to add milk and an additional shot when the online menu stated the drink included milk and one shot.Not a big deal, but it shouldn't be cheaper to order online versus in person.
This is my favorite place to get a great cup of coffee!! They are always so friendly and helpful!! 100% recommend!!!
I really enjoyed 99% of my time working at Cups Madison—the management seemed great and the culture was good. However, recently I was fired with no explanation or warning. When I asked why, management told me that there’d “been some complaints” and that my “work ethic wasn’t a good fit for the company any more.” Before this, I had no idea there were any concerns or issues with my work or how I got along with other employees. I had never been issued a warning or gotten a write up or was informed in any way that there was an issue. The owner would compliment my work and told me repeatedly that she liked me and that I did a great job. I was friends with all my fellow baristas. However, I did have a series of illnesses/family emergencies that caused me to have to unexpectedly miss work for about a week and a half total. My first shift back, I was fired with no explanation. If I was indeed fired because I’d missed so much time for being sick or taking care of sick family members, then that is illegal. Management attempting to find a “legitimate” excuse to let me go is the only thing I can think of that would warrant me being fired the way I was. So, if you plan on working here and if you have an emergency and miss a lot of time, be prepared to have them throw you under the bus.
This cups is awesome, it can be busy sometimes but it's worth the wait. Big fan of their coffee selection as well as their teas and treats. The people are always amazing they always bring good energy and help make the day better. Personal favorites would be the Americano and the Charlie Chan Cha tea with honey.
Absolutely fantastic, just like every other Cups! Your order is never, ever wrong, and there's always a chill atmosphere in every location that's very unique to Cups. The restroom is very clean. It's cheaper than Starbucks and made with a lot more love. I will never tire of Cups! Local is always better!
This is my go to for any kind of coffee. The staff is super friendly and energetic and they just get your day going. I always leave happy, satisfied, and with a smile. They even have these cool coffee mugs they sit outside the window. A great idea for a little happy for a fellow coffee drinker. They even have a rewards card you can collect points for every purchase. I love coming here and will continue to.
Absolutely the BEST coffee in the area. Jeanie is the drivethru is an absolute delight. Her amazing attitude starts my day off right every time. She deserves a raise!
The lady that took my order was very joyful. All I knew this morning is that I wanted a loose leaf ? tea. That says girl you got this!!!! Y'all they did exactly that. I love ? ? ♥ it don't ask me what it is I just took the picture for I can show them
We arrived at the drive-thru window and were greeted happily by the server. She asked about my day and thanked me for asking about hers. I placed my order and she offered some additional options that were delightful. I had decided at this point there would be a tip, regardless of what the latte was like. GREAT SERVICE makes a huge difference! And the lattes did not disappoint!! They were well made and tasted equally of espresso and flavor. It was not overly sweet or creamy. I would go out of my way to have their latte again. Kudos!
