Very busy site, so we decided to go in to order. I had both of my boys with me, 1yr old and my 5yr old. So i was a bit worried lol. We were welcomed with warm smiles and eager cashiers to complete our orders. My baby boy played with the cashiers the entire order process and even tried to hug the staff. We originally wanted carry out, but by the time our food came, the staff's warming attitudes kept us there. LOVE THIS SITE. will definitely be visiting again.
Who doesn’t love Chick Fil A? The staff is always friendly. The food is great compared to other fast food chains. The chicken sandwiches and nuggets are great but personally I love the breakfast variant with the biscuit. The online order feature is very handy for getting past the long lines and it is ready within minutes. The mac and cheese is a nice addition to the sides menu. The shakes are also a fun treat when I feel like indulging. Eat Mor Chikin!!
dearest chickfala, yall are always so busy and never fail to amaze me. yall slay every single time. my food hits every. single. time. yall never fail to give me extra sauce and i genuinely would do anything for yall. now, recently i have be honestly going to new chickfala. yes, for how busy yall are yall do great and the best you can. but the new chickfala has been doing better. food is fresher, more sauces, better seasoned, more tender, cooked to absolute perfection. if you want to be 5 stars. take notes. i still love yall. but just a little advice from your most (almost most) loyal customer
I placed my to go order at 9:51am and I called to let the restaurant know I was in the parking lot at 10:06am. They told me to come inside and pick up my order and I waited for 30 minutes for chicken biscuits and hash browns. I asked for a refund and the manager Kevin Barnett was very rude and inconsiderate. I never eat chic fil a and after this experience I will never eat chic fil a again.
This was the first time ever having a bad experience. Nuggets were hard like they had been sitting there all day. Salad had nothing but lettuce in the container. Usually has tomatoes and shredded cheese.
I received a door dash order for pick up. There were no orders at the pick up shelves. So I went to the pick up counter. After standing at the pickup counter, making eye contact with no less than 6 employees, I waited to see how this was going to play out. I even held the door open for the manager/supervisor(?) as we came in!!! So standing their 10 minutes, waiting for a single word, hell even a ‘hello’ much less a ‘can I help you’ I returned the order to DD for reassignment. I will say the ONE employee who did say good morning was the handicapped disabled floor runner. As I came in. Sorry to whomever at Lowe’s who is going to wait an unreasonable time for their food. Normally this store is well run, but what the hell happened here. So much for good customer service.
Monday 945am. Ordered minis, hash brown and regular lemonade.Chicken in the minis was dry.HashBrown was decent. Lemonade was a diet, yuck.Only traveling through.There was nothing spectacular or good about this visit. ? Normally Chick fil a is awesome.
Was offered no jelly for the dry biscuit, no ketchup for the hash brown, or cream for my coffee. Not a lot of good looking breakfast options.Food isn't bad, but definitely overrated.
I'm came through Madison Mississippi with family, and we stopped to buy some Chick-fil-A and my English chicken muffin with eggwhite no cheese was awesome. I just love it here.
For the 1st time ever, they forgot the Polynesian sauce... and I smiled!! I drove right to Kroger and bought the big bottle. I'm just glad I know mistakes are real now! ? #alwaysteamchicfila
